Very neat and clean place. The host Bungo was patient and detailed, provided recommendations to sightseeing spots and even helped me to reserve a visit that needed pre booking. I like his thoughtful touch of bookmarking the restaurants on the map and sharing them with guests. The location was roughly 15min by foot to the station but it could also depend on the weather. Western showers available all hours and a private Japanese bath in the evening and nighttime slot. Close to the Omicho market and the castle park. I tend to be someone that leaves behind something every place I go and they helped me to stop that. Thank you Bungo and the family!

This was a wonderful hostel to stay at, and really made me enjoy my stay in Kanazawa. It's right in the middle, beyween the garden, the samurai district and the chaya district, so it was perfect for getting around, and very close to the train station. The people working here are super sweet and they even have some plum wine in the evenings for guests. The staff mainly stays in their sister hostel, however the hostel itself is very secure and the door is always locked. It's always nice for a quick rest as well between wandering, and there's a delicious ramen restaurant a minute walk away.

The location is extremely convenient as the hotel is directly connected to Kanazawa Station. It was very easy to go everywhere since the hotel is inside the station building itself — just enter the station and take the elevator to the 3rd floor for reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful during the self check-in process at the machine. The room was comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. The hotel also provides luggage storage, which was very convenient while waiting for the next train schedule. It was also very easy to find food because there are many restaurants around the station, plus a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby.

Excellent value for money, quiet, and very clean. The bathroom facilities were spotless. Check-in was self-service at the front desk, with staff on hand to assist, and they were polite, enthusiastic, and professional. Breakfast was included the next day, with a choice of two simple sets, which was nice. We could also store our luggage for free. The only minor downside is that it's a 10-12 minute walk from the subway station (especially with luggage), but overall, the value for money is definitely outstanding.

This is the largest room type I stayed in during this Spring Festival trip. It is actually better than the pictures on the platform. The kitchen facilities are fully equipped, including refrigerator, microwave, stove, pot, tableware, cups and dishes, and kitchen paper, which are convenient for cooking. There is a separate toilet room, a dry area basin and washing machine outside the bathroom, and a clothesline. The room is not big with two beds, but it is very large with two connected tatami areas. It is very suitable for family or staying for a few days. There are only three floors in the building, and it feels like there are only six or seven rooms on each floor. There is a cafe for breakfast less than a minute on the left hand side of the downstairs, and you can send postcards at the post office! ! ! The only two points to note are: 1. Check-in is not here, you have to go to a big hotel near JR Kanazawa Station to check in. We didn't pay attention to the hotel's email notifications, and we couldn't get in when we arrived at the check-in place without the password. No one answered the hotel phone number we left, and it was only thanks to Ctrip's customer service who responded to our communication promptly that we were able to resolve the issue. I would like to commend Ctrip's customer service! 2. Take off your shoes when entering the room. Even with the air conditioner on during the Spring Festival, your feet will still feel very cold. It will be much more comfortable in other seasons. It may also be due to different physical conditions.

This hotel offers excellent value for money; it's very upscale and clean. The room with an extra bed comfortably accommodates three people, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, so no one has to fight for the bathroom. If you're driving, there's a dedicated parking lot next door for 1,000 yen per night. A skywalk connects the parking lot to the hotel's 3rd floor, making access very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kanazawa.

It's one of the best capsule hotels I've ever stayed. To be honest, I prefer staying at the capsule hotel in Japan than the hostels in Europe. It's very convenient & very well-organized. After 4 pm, the reception will give me a new set of dry towels & pajama. On top of that, a voucher was given for having breakfast at Starbuck. This capsule hotel is super-clean. They clean the facility daily from 11 am to 4 pm. The capsule itself was very comfortable for me to sleep for 3 nights. It's one of the best experience for a solo-traveler who come & visit Japan. If I visit Kanazawa alone again, I will definitely come & stay at this hostel.

Very good location, a few minutes walk from Kanazawa Station, the airport bus and tram are convenient. The hotel is very close to the family and 711. Breakfast is OK. Every day, change towels and toothbrushes. There is a self-collected three-piece wash and pajamas on the first floor. The room is small but it is very comfortable to live alone. But the sound insulation effect is very good. Poor quality of the residents next door is poor. Very late closing sound. Others can come to Kanazawa to continue to consider this overall convenience. The price has fluctuated and understands. After all, this time I came to see the concert. Almost all the surrounding rooms and price increases.
