For family of 4, the room of this hotel is EXCELLENT! So comfortable, cozy, spacious, clean and safe! Complete with ALL AMENITIES we need, plus they have complementary drinks and snacks, Kid-Safe environment plus the night lights at the backyard of this room is STUNNING!!!! We went to Yamanashi to visit Mt. Fuji and super thankful that we got to stay in this Hotel, 15-20mins drive away from Lake Kawaguchiko, where the best photo spots for Mt. Fuji, they also have in-hotel food and beverages for sale, easy to transact, and would really feel at home because of the Privacy and Security plus Cozy ambiance ☺️ Will definitely come back here!!!

Accueil excellent malgré que nous ne parlions pas Japonais, parking, propreté, prix tout y est. Juste revoir les quelques défauts esthétiques de la chambre, rien de dérangeant. A pretty standard hotel, room size is huge and Bath house was big too. They provide free flow ice cream too!
