Overall, this was a wonderful stay at hotel at archana residency. Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories. If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl. Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. The best service ever.

Location is good and on main road. Hotel cleanliness is better than all nearby hotels. Food is also amazing as it's the same Shikara Hotel staff.

### Hotel Review: Vihang’s In Hotel **Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)** I recently stayed at the Vihang’s Inn Hotel for a personal trip and was overall quite pleased with the experience. Here's a detailed review of my stay: **Check-in Process: ★★★★★** The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and quick to get me settled into my room. They provided clear information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions, which was very helpful. **Room Quality: ★★★★☆** The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. **Service: ★★★★★** The service at the Vihang’s Inn Hotel was exemplary. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room tidy each day. **Overall Experience:** My stay at the Vihang’s Inn Hotel was very enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to major business districts and tourist attractions. The hotel's blend of comfort, service, and amenities made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend the Vihang’s Inn Hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Thane.

Rooms had a weird smell plus no ventilation at all, no windows. Also it was hard to find the hotel as there is no sign or boards to guide. Only good thing was the proximity to dy patil and turbhe station.

Average, lack of prompt service, old interiors, smell in the room, bathroom unclean, food is not good, no ambience, breakfast and dinner has no variety only two to three items found in buffet

Location, food and amenities is very good. Service was not up to mark after me giving up the first review, and after the gm taking the step, everything was very fine and better, but this has to be taken care at the first concern itself, not after reporting to the senior

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel The Monarch for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. The combination of exceptional food, prime location, top-tier amenities, and outstanding service makes it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.
