Amazing

GGuest UserI am a frequent traveller and have stayed in many hotels. This was one of the best stays that I can recall. Rooms were well maintained and staff was very polite as well as courteous. I went there with family and friends and had 2 children of 1 year each. However, we did not face any inconvenience whatsoever ever. I would definitely stay in this hotel again whenever I visit Lucknow next time.

GGuest UserLocation is good, Property was good, but the behave of the reception was not professional. I would have reviewed 5 but due to some unprofessional behaviour I am rating it 3. They should improve the way of speaking, they ask directly to write what is the relation with the co traveller, in your policy you have given the details accordingly people stay, unnecessary don't ask it this.

AAlingo ChienThe hotel is a 750m walk from the train station (Red Line MRT station). The front desk manager was very helpful and allowed early check-in. The room was average (soundproofing was decent), but unfortunately, bottled water cost extra. About 1.3km from the hotel is Aminabad Market, which is even more lively during Diwali. Many famous Lucknow restaurants are also located in that area. The Red Line MRT does not reach Rumi Darwaza or other famous tourist attractions. Taking an Uber Auro tuk-tuk from the hotel costs approximately Rs. 80-120 in cash (depending on the time of day; round up to the nearest whole number as a tip). (Some drivers are very honest and kind; they might accept Rs. 100 for a fare of Rs. 103.18. I always gave Rs. 120 to thank the driver, who was happy to oblige.) P.S. Some drivers might try to negotiate the price or refuse a fare at the last minute.
