3-Star Hotels in Palembang

Big rooms but amenities are limited dand quite disappointing. No hand soap, no hair dryer. Breakfast was quite spartan although it's sufficient. Clean nevertheles and hardware are generally still goof.. Looks like the hotel has seen better days in the past. Can do better in terms of software offerrings.

Good hotel, the air conditioner is very good. Clean, but the toilet is clogged. The water temperature sometimes hot then suddenly not hot

Lokasi strategis, tapi untuk menu sarapan tidak bervariasi. Pelayanan standar dan area parkir yang terbatas. Enaknya diapit oleh beberapa resto, jadi tidak perlu pergi jauh untuk mengisi perut

I love staying at Ayola. The place is clean, close to everything, and all the staff are friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice 18m room. If the shower jet could be stronger it would be nicer. It's under renovation and it's quite noisy though from 8am.

Recommendations for those who want to stay here with family, there is a playground, swimming pool, breakfast is also complete and delicious, really satisfied staying here ❤️

The hotel is quite good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the downside is that it's a bit far to get to everything and the interior has an old accent.

The room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet
