3-Star Hotels in Glasgow

Great location. Quick and easy routes to and from bus station and train station. Lots of shops in area. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t book it. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great, really close to Glasgow Central and Queen Street Station, which makes getting around super easy. The room was very clean, and they even cleaned it daily. It's perfect for solo travelers.

The place was clean nice and quiet. However the wifi signal I would say was one of the worst that I have ever seen, let alone I was in one of the closest rooms from the front desk. Service was fine in general but on the second last day of my stay, the LED light ***** got dismounted and fell, some might see it as a big deal but it didn't really bother me. I was on a tight schedule so my first available opportunity to let them know about it was when I came back at the end of the day, to my surprise their front desk initial response didn't seem to be apologetic instead was questioning when did it happen and why didn't I let them know earlier. I hope that wasn't a standard level of their front desk service.

The cleanliness could be improved. On my first day, I found a pink rag on the floor. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service. You have to shower while standing in the bathtub. Overall, the price is acceptable, and the location is decent, but the hygiene is just average.

As a solo traveler I got a bed in 8 mixed room, the price was affordable as i need a space just to sleep. The bathroom was clean, the room mates were respectful. The only problem was the common room( the hall ) it was closed most of the times, either for cleaning or for activity from 3rd party , which I accept that and I don’t mind it at all, but some people does. Overall I love it and I’ll do it again

I really enjoyed my previous stay here, so I decided to come back, and it was a great choice again! The location and hospitality are both excellent, and it definitely contributed to making my trip more enjoyable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and booked a taxi for us early in the morning to the airport and checked to see if recent roadworks were finished. The room was great and restaurant had lovely meals. This is a great place to stay in Glasgow.

Booked a twin room but requested for a double bed if available. Given a room for disabled, whice had no furniture AT ALL, except the bed. No side tablets even. Window pane was fixed. There's no ventilation from the room as pane is f8xed and to get to your room you’ll have to pass through a series of fire doors. Air inside is trapped from ages. I developed nasal congestion due to this. On top of this, we were charged with 5 GBP for keeping luggage in storage before check in. I don't recommend booking this hotel.

Great location. Stayed here before. Staff are friendly but it's really let down in other areas. Our room was filthy. Bed was fresh but the desk was sticky, carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in weeks and when I went to plug in my phone beside the bed there was the remains of someone's peperami snack lying on the floor. Bathroom had a brown poo mark on the loo seat (which we cleaned!) And the loo floor was covered in long black hairs. I am platinum blonde and my friend has long dyed red hair... We told reception who offered to comp us breakfast but we had already paid for it so they just took the feedback. We asked for an iron and ironing board, and they were really pitiful appliances. They could do with an upgrade for sure. Oh and during breakfast the coffee machine was fully broken and was being taken apart...

Mind-blowing! The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff are polite and offer a warm smile
