The front desk service is good, patient, explanation, guidance, the room is clean, there are many cabinets, convenient to store, there are snacks and candies, very warm, there is a ceiling air conditioner in the room, there is also a heater, and there is also a bathroom heater,. Home at top, clean places but attention can park places

The hotel is perfectly located, near to the Train station and all main attractions. The building itself is old and chic, very beautiful. We had a room with windows to the street, so it was a bit loud since the street is busy. Anyway, our stay was great. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We payed for 2 breakfast at hotel, there were enough food, coffee is a bit odd, but other options are great. Orange juice is freshly made. We recommend hotel, thank you!

Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

Convenient transportation. Eating a street around, I picked an Indian restaurant. The room is small but very clean. The front desk service is good, if there is a chance, I will go live later.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Nice hotel, our room was quiet as it was facing the courtyard. The bag of candies as amenities was a nice touch ! Very easy to park the car near by & walking distance from city center and Champagne houses. Good value for money in Reims !

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.
