CClaiudiuWarning! Your room will NEVER be cleaned!! your sheets and towels will NOT be replaced! you have to pay: 18 or 23 euros for room cleaning and 6 or 8 euros for new sheets + towels. These paid services are displayed at check-in but not here on trip.com, not when you book a room, nowhere...
Never in my life have I stayed in a ”hotel” that does not clean the rooms or provide new sheets/towels by default. Only in condos where people rent their apartments for less and you have to maintain the cleanliness yourself.
So before you decide to stay here, while seeing that this hotel is cheaper than the others, think twice.
Also be careful if you rent in summer, I stayed in winter, closed windows, it was ok, livable, they give a little heat, but not too much, but read the comments about staying in summer, there is NO air conditioning, and if you open the window, you will NOT sleep, it will be very noisy because of the trains and possible mosquitoes. Trust me, summers here are super hot! I lived in this area for 6 months in summer and I know what I'm talking about...
Also be careful about the tourist tax, you will have to pay it too, like in any other hotel.
But other than that, my stay was nice,
PROs:
- the hotel staff was super nice
- you have a big balcony!
- I loved the kitchen, big fridge + freezer + microwave.. you can cook whatever you want, they have a lot of utensils, so don't waste your money paying for breakfast. Auchan and others are very close
- The parking opposite is FREE from 4pm to 9am the next day and free all Sunday! (they don't write anything on the parkomat, free or price..) so don't rush to pay for the hotel parking if you arrive on a Saturday or afternoon.
- it wasn't noisy from other rooms or the corridor, we heard people walking sometimes, maybe the hotel wasn't crowded in December, that's why it was quiet? or maybe we got the corner room, I'm not sure...
- it's very close to Massy-Palaiseau train station, it's a very big and connected station, I lived here before.
- your full price trip to Paris will cost you Voie ** -＞ direction CDG Airport: 4.15 euros
- big bed, mattress enough for me, neither too soft nor too hard.
CONS:
- they change the codes so often, from the parking lot, from the main gate, it's a bit tiring
- Dec 2024: They started building extra train lines right behind the hotel, so the area is a construction site, noisy...
- TV is cheap and doesn't have Netflix or digital channels, just 20-30 channels
- Wi-fi is sometimes bad quality and if you work you have to pay extra to get extra speed
- pillows are very small in my opinion
- safe is located very high, if you are short you have to climb on a chair to see in it.
Overall my stay was good, I chose it for the situation of the car with the parking which is more expensive in Paris. But if I had come by train I would have chosen a hotel in the Paris region in an arrondissement.

牛牛牛爸The room was clean and tidy, but it was quiet, but the facilities were much less than domestic hotels (mostly in foreign hotels), the only thing that satisfied me was the water heater. The hotel is on the mountain. If you want to exercise, you can walk. Google Maps is trustworthy. Sometimes the road you are looking for is too remote. There is a 7 bus stop not far from the hotel, a total of 4 stops, the end point is near the Orsay Railway Station, it is convenient, but the late bus is only around 7:30. Breakfast needs extra extra, 12 euros a day, the taste is OK, hot cocoa is quite good.

First, the location is great, located in a quiet residential area far from the center of Paris. I personally prefer such locations.
The reception is very friendly, and check-in was quick.
The cleanliness is average and needs more attention, both in the rooms and the hallways. I even found one of the cups unwashed.
The room smells bad due to the small kitchenette inside, with an unpleasant herbal smell.
The quietness is very quiet.
Parking is available at the hotel, but for an additional fee, and is also available in public areas around the hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe location is a little out of the way and quite a distance from the train station, but it is still within walking distance. As it's a budget hotel, the room I stayed in was rather small, to the point where there was no space for luggage. Cleanliness was decent, though no towels were provided in my room. On the plus side, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. My room faced away from the street, so it was very quiet. The WiFi was decent, though it constantly prompted me to log in, which was a bit of a hassle. Given the very low price I paid, the value for money was still good, making all the minor drawbacks I mentioned quite forgivable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is off the beaten track. I recommend it to people who have their own transportation. It is cleaned once a week. If we need more cleaning services, there is no need to pay for the night service. So many shortcomings.
Clean rooms, fully equipped kitchens, with elements of cooking and buffet preparation, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff-of course the day.
Personally, my price in Trip is very attractive, so I recommend it!
Out of five stars, it will give a strong score instead of an excessive 4.

LLiulao6I originally planned to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Masi, but forgot to book in advance, so I stayed at this hotel nearby for one night. The hotel was in good condition. Although the language was not clear, the check-in was smooth. The hotel restaurant was also very good. I remember that the room we stayed in had kitchenware and tableware so we could cook our own meals. The room also had a small terrace with a view, which was very quiet.

Pas bruyant, la literie est très confortable et le petit plus c'est le parking gratuit et sécurisé. j'ai constaté lors de notre dernier passage ( 30 juin)que plusieurs bornes avaient été installées pour les véhicules électriques..... I got off the plane from Orly Airport and transferred to the hotel 2 times. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it’s pretty good. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.
