GGuest UserWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

The husband also smiled politely to the end. Later, he didn't make up a penny. The room was not big, but the bed was very comfortable to sleep. After a whole day, I slept in this bed. It was very relieved. The shower and toilet are separate and very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is still a distance from the old town of Colmar. It is very convenient to drive here. After all, Colmar is enough to play for a day. If there is no car, it is not recommended to live here.

AAnonymous UserThe air conditioner is not cooling. At 2 pm when I check in, I asked to change the room. The reception staff said that they were fully booked.
The front desk said that even if the air conditioner is set at 16 degrees, the minimum can be 24 degrees, the body feeling is completely above 26 degrees, and the window can be sleeping at night, and the sound of motorcycle blasting the street outside is scared at 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock.
I have lived in no less than 100 hotels and have never had this experience.
The front desk staff has a good service attitude, breakfast is Home made and not bad
