Fantastic. Beautiful location. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, without being over the top. The room was great, a little apartment with an equipped kitchen and fridge. There's a comfy bed and walk-in shower with a little step. The food was good with a choice for everyone. There are a lot of stairs, I'm not very mobile and I managed to get around. There's a nice easily accessible pool,

Great hotel

The complex is large, it has several swimming pools, especially for children, with different depths and tobogans. Very clean and with helpers. There is also a bar, a small supermarket to buy the essentials and a store of souvenirs and floatings. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel offers rental cars from different companies q bring you directly to the door of the hotel. The food from the buffet is extensive and varied but standard quality, battle, paste bar, pizza, cheese, salads ... It has free and vegan gluten options, but not flavorous. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

The location and pool areas are fantastic. The staff were also really friendly. The rooms are quite dated but we were happy with the sea view. I would recommend providing some tea and coffee as well as some washing up supplies. We were only given 1 bottle of water for the stay.

Unbeatable quality-price ratio. It is the second year we are going, the hotel is 100 meters from the beach. Although it was an old hotel, it has all been remodeled. Good breakfast and always replenishing. Comfortable beds. Spacious and practical rooms. Good pool and solarium area. They have a Galicia star, and the comfortable menu is good and at a reasonable price. For us always a 10.

Walkable location from El Castell, and Moah also Port de Mao, but hard to get to beaches unless via taxi or buses that are not direct nor frequent. Great staff, friendly helpful spoke some English and gave many recommendations. Lovely roof top pool with view open all night. Comfortable room, and early check in when they can make it happen. Great hotel choice reasonable pricing. Minimal small cafe but great ⁰for coffee or a night cap when it is open.

We stayed at Isla Paraiso from 21/09/19-27/09/19. This is my sixth time staying here, and the second time as a couple! We are both in our mid 20’s. We had such a lovely holiday here! We booked this holiday 7 weeks before flying & got an amazing deal, half board. We were a little apprehensive booking a room in ‘building 2’ as we had always stayed in building 1 and the reviews on here are quite negative about ‘building 2’. We were really happy with our apartment (520) which was top floor (see photos). It was at the quieter end of the hotel, and overlooked the sea and the cliffs opposite which was beautiful! The rooms were decorated nicely and had one larger twin bedroom and a smaller double bedroom - perfectly sleeping 4 people if required. The kitchen area is very small, with 4 hobs, microwave and very small conventional cooker but if going self catering there are a great choice of places to eat in the resort. Despite sleeping 4 people, the balcony seated 2 (the balconies’ terraces in building 1 seat 4 and are slightly bigger). The resort itself was very quiet this time around but this was due to Isla Paraiso being a ‘thomas cook’ hotel predominantly and a large number of holidays were cancelled. It is a beautiful resort, with a great choice of bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach. Such a relaxing holiday! Please note though: there are a large number of steps and a large slope to the beach. The steps can be avoided by going a slightly longer route around the hotel to the beach though! Definately worth being mindful of you are disabled/ with a pushchair! I really hope that Thomas Cook going into administration does not impact upon this hotel. I would highly recommend a holiday here! ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Fantastic stay. My wife and I were guests in the hotel in the last week of July with half board. Very professional staff, we received so much courtesy and availability. Restaurant with buffet service and a lot of variety of dishes and food of excellent quality. Excellent services and a fantastic location, practically located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I must specify the utmost attention on the part of the staff to anti-COVID health measures.
