Good location and close to everywhere in a walk distance. Old building old room and cold in the room. Only heating in the toilet and bathroom is very small.

I booked a spacious room thus has a mini sofa, a good amount of space but all these comes at a price. Location is good, near to train station and quite a number of food choices. Breakfast spread is good too at a reasonable price (I wish it can be cheaper though). Bed is comfortable but pillow is too soft for me. Although just beside a busy road and a shopping street but it’s quiet. Does not have daily housekeeping which is great for an environmentalist like me. Overall great expereince.

Early morning, 6 AM. The lady who works the new shift just gets in from the cold. There's 2 more behind the desk. I go to the reception to check out. She says quite rudely, raising her palm, ”5 minutes.” I am kind of late for my flight and nobody is there. 5 minutes? In that voice? At 6 AM? And you want a good review? The room was fine otherwise and the girl at the reception the previous night was super ok. It's just about chance, I guess. No standards

DannykoayThis room is on the top floor, so it's expected to be very hot in the summer. It's a long rectangle, and the kitchen counter is so small that there's no place to put dishes; they have to be placed on the induction cooker. There's a large balcony, but the bathroom is the worst part. Since there's no sewer, water flows into the room. The sheets are a bit worn and fuzzy.

A really nice hotel with good price! I have remarkable 2 days in Nuernberg. Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Free coffee,water ,beer and tea and you can get some snacks and candy! It’s amazing when you coming you can find a pocket of candy on your bed.The institution always good,room is big and with 3 towels,1 heated,1TV.Next time I will reserve it again.thanks for every staff give a remarkable holiday Merry Christmas!

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is very good, all sights are within easy walking distance. Parking is not possible directly at the hotel, but there is a parking garage 5 minutes away. Costs €15/day, which is OK for a big city.
The room is small, but well equipped, the bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom area is also good.
The best thing was the breakfast, fresh waffles to bake yourself included.

The hotel is very clean and close to the city center. The location is very convenient. It is next to the Christmas Market. This is the second time I choose this hotel. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose it again.

LotuxThe staffs there are very helpful. Superb location for Christmas market there. However, we tried to reserve a parking slot there but turns out fully parked in the hotel parking, we need to drive to city center carpark for 2 overnight parking, Price are very reasonable there tho, €24 for almost 70 hours.
