I came down from the highway and checked in with my old mother. The hotel was very new and clean. We arrived at the lobby at 6 pm. There was no welcome tea. The breakfast was better than similar hotels in Xingye County. This is a very good hotel.

Let me start with my first impression upon entering the room. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, giving a sense of spaciousness. The facilities were comprehensive, and there was even an air purifier – great for your skin when sleeping with it on. The bedding also looked brand new, which was a nice touch. In the bathroom, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out instantly! It was such a comfortable shower. The room's soundproofing was also good. It was very clean, well-ventilated, and had plenty of sunlight. There's a large, super comfy and soft sofa, perfect for lounging. There's also a small table for convenient work, ample lighting, and fast internet. The room has a small wardrobe, which was very handy for hanging clothes. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th floor, and the hotel even offers laundry and drying services, which is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience! The lobby was also beautiful and spacious, clean and elegant, with very enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It's very close to the pedestrian street, which was fun to explore. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service was great, with staff even explaining the different options! In the afternoon, the lobby offered complimentary fruits, snacks, and cold drinks. In the room, there were even eye masks, razors, and earplugs! The lobby also had many other amenities. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere so comfortable on a business trip!

A great stay experience! The hotel has an elegant environment, first-class sanitary conditions, the room is clean and there is no smell. The bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning effect is good, and the hot water is sufficient. The front desk service is professional and polite, the check-in is fast, and the surrounding situation is patiently introduced. The hotel is quiet and not noisy, and the quality of rest is very high. High performance-price ratio, complete facilities, the overall experience is very good, will come again next time.

Location is near to train and bus station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, even so kindly offer us a free ride to the nearest bus station. However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.

The location is irreplaceable, you can walk to the nearby Pengtai Shopping Mall, there are many food and beverage shops near the shopping mall, and it is super convenient to travel. The room is clean and quiet, the hardware is fully equipped, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the living comfort is full. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, the staff is gentle, and the demand is responsive. Next time you come to Rongxian, you will still choose to stay.

The hotel has convenient underground parking. The room is big enough and the bed is OK. The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.

Facilities: The bed was quite soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cool. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. I requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the front desk confirmed this upon check-in. However, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the room. Environment: The hotel is nice and conveniently located. There's a supermarket downstairs, and there's also a commercial street with milk tea shops. It's also not far from the county center. Service: They thoughtfully upgraded my room type, and it was a very comfortable stay. Overall: Breakfast was included in my booking, but the variety was a bit limited. Rong County, as a hometown of overseas Chinese, isn't a popular tourist destination, but it does attract many tourists. During breakfast, I heard other guests mentioning the lack of coffee and a limited selection. Although there was food on the table, the breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited compared to similar hotels. I hope they'll improve it next time I visit. The review was originally bad and the merchant changed it! But there is really nothing to dislike about this hotel! The smile and greeting of the lady at the entry desk are definitely on par with the flight attendants, professional. I called to ask for clothes hangers, and the supervisor directly helped me wash, dry, and fold them. The service was excellent! I got up late and went to have a meal. The waiter called it a day. The supervisor directly dialed his mobile phone to order ** takeout for me. Although I refused, I was so moved! In one word, I am convinced.
