GGuest UserIf it is not the environment and the aunt is better to clean, I don't want to stay in this hotel for the second time.
The service and breakfast at the front desk at check-in really made me unable to rate high scores. Although it may finally seem to be upgraded for me, it is also very reluctant. Specifically, the business twin room I booked is a special room. I can arrange the first and last room. I said that it was more than 160 a day. Let’s not say that I booked it at 180 and nearly 190 in Trip.com . The tone she said is like this hotel is opened by herself. I use my own membership rights to upgrade a room. She has to suffer a big loss, and she has to lose a lot of money. The key is that she is a part-time worker. If the hotel management also thinks so, don't write a free room upgrade on Trip.com , let alone play word games.
And that breakfast, the taste of the noodles is not bad, but what is the situation when I ate two cockroaches (there is a picture!)? Is Suining Old Town really a worm nest? I also saw cockroaches when I had a meal outside, and it was also a bug to eat breakfast in the hotel.
There is also a room, the layer of leather on the bedside also has a smell, is stinky, smell dizzy.

AAnonymous UserWe found this place on Ctrip. Although it's tucked away in a small alley, it was surprisingly easy to locate. Parking was also very convenient. My husband was pleased with the pleasant surroundings and the comfortable accommodation. The hot water supply was good, and it's conveniently close to the charming old town. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

VVChaibodong老巷子新酒店，雖然在市中心但是好找而且停車還算方便，酒店院子本身有停車場，停滿了酒店還可以協調街對面的停車場，服務蠻好，房間也算比較大，前台和保安服務熱情解決問題很快……衞生打掃的也算乾淨，性價比挺高，下次還來……

The room was very clean, the bedding was also white I liked, it was very high-grade, and it was very comfortable to lie down. The sink and bathroom are designed separately, and the washing and toilet use in the morning are not delayed. The space utilization rate is high, and it feels more spacious than expected.

TTiemaoWhen traveling for a long time, it is always the best choice. Good location and complete supporting facilities. Excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. The hotel staff here are all very qualified. Be amiable and approachable to people. It definitely felt like home. A trustworthy hotel.

BBrianDellNot sure how to review this one because while we found the family room we booked unacceptable on arrival and were accommodated by a room change, the hotel was not willing to provide a credit for the downgrade. Trip.com made good on this though so we were ultimately satisfied. We were told by the hotel that the other room we also booked was upgraded which was true but that upgrade was marginal and not close to equivalent to the downgrade according to the prices shown here. Moral of the story is to inspect before checking in if checking in early enough as this may allow one to cancel and rebook on this app for a proper adjustment.
