A homestay I like very much. The location is very moderate, located in the center of the island, it is very convenient to go to various attractions in the southeast and northwest. The door is Nanchang Beach, and you can also go to the sea to fishermen's house. The proprietress is friendly and welcoming, responsive, and gave a lot of pertinent suggestions and help throughout the process. The homestay is very Feeling, the area is reasonably separated, the pool is a highlight, and the children have a great time. The proprietress’s mother cooks first-class dishes, home-cooked and delicious. Very recommended

An excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns. All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

Shengshan is definitely not an easy place to get to, but staying at Woqu honestly made it so worth it! It’s very guesthouse style, so hosts have a full menu that they can cook for you if you don’t want to go into town for the restaurants. They were all so warm and welcoming, even though my Chinese isn’t very good. Even though they had a larger group of 21 staying at the same time as me, they still checked in on me to make sure that I was comfortable and that I could still have my privacy. They also offered me the number of a driver who was very readily available to take me wherever I wanted. The room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the ocean. It would be really romantic for a couples’ getaway. I hope that more people come to Shengshan and Gouqi, even for just a day, just so they can experience some of the island-style warmth and hospitality that Woqu had to offer. It's a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. The location is very beautiful and close to nature, you will have a sea view. This place is very well maintained. The house is a smart house, everything is white and new. We were warmly welcomed by the Owners. The staff was extremely friendly. The home-cooked food was yummy (fresh local seafood). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Location: The location of the hotel is very good, the left hand temple dry beach, the right hand big pit beach, you can take children to step on the waves, catch the sea, there is a whole set of sea tools in the store, superb. Environment: Facing the sea, opening your eyes is the sea, the land people are ecstatic. Hygienic: Hygiene is very good, clean and odorless, and the children are also very happy to sleep. Breakfast: Breakfast is good, there are soy milk, fruit, white porridge and various snacks on the island, it is very comfortable to eat, and there is no pressure. Service: There is a dock to pick up the car, and there is a car to pick up the hotel when you get off the boat, which is still very convenient. I accidentally lost the bathtub plug in the room with the bath bag, and the boss did not care about it. Next time you come, the sea is really beautiful.

Traveling beyond expectations, the time is very fast, staying on Shengshan Island for less than a day, and I was worried about the traffic on the island at the beginning. When the boss said that we could provide chartered service, it really made us less trouble. We drove us everywhere. We played a lot of scenic spots in a small half-day time. We also took us to chase the sunset. We sent us to see the sunrise in the morning. The service was too good. In terms of accommodation, the homestay is right by the sea. Sitting on the edge of the bay window, you can see the sea view. The restaurant is also by the sea and the scenery is not bad. There is also a swimming pool at the homestay. If the weather is hot, you can bring children to play in the water.

The guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet corner of the countryside, so peaceful at night you can hear insects chirping and frogs croaking. The decor is comfortable, and the rooms are quite nice, easily accommodating two adults and two children, with a balcony. I noticed a slight odor in the room, but my family thought it was fine. Opening the balcony door, the air was filled with the pungent smell of fertilizer freshly applied to crops – nauseating! Restaurants nearby are expensive and unappetizing; I recommend renting a car to eat in the county town. The room clearly includes breakfast, but when we inquired in the morning, they said it wasn't prepared and required advance booking – please remember this. Although there was a small sign indicating it, we weren't informed during check-in and ended up spending 90 yuan on takeout. The 20 yuan beach voucher included with the booking was ignored; we didn't ask about it. In conclusion, the service was poor, the experience was mediocre, and I wouldn't go back.

A big room with a big panoramic window, such a beautiful view on a sea. Everything is new, the receptionist was so nice, he even prepeared for us something to eat for breakfast to take with us because we had to leave early and didn't have time to eat in the morning☺️Thank you!

It is located in Shengshan Island Fishing Port, about 10 minutes walk from the passenger terminal. The windows of the sea view room have only single-layer sound insulation. If there are fishing boats coming back from fishing at night, it will be a little noisy, but it is really interesting to watch.

The twin room with a mountain view balcony offers an amazing view. Waking up to lush greenery in the morning and enjoying the peaceful tranquility at night was wonderful. The two beds were spacious and separate, ensuring privacy. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breeze was very pleasant. The room was clean and the facilities were new. It's also close to Jihu Beach, making it convenient for activities.
