This hotel is our go-to choice when traveling with a few friends. It's consistently good, clean, and tidy. The aromatherapy essential oil by the entrance is a standout feature; we'd apply and smell it every time we left and returned. We even bought some for ourselves at checkout. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the old town and various attractions. The self-service breakfast is also quite good.

The homestay was optimistic last year, and it was not completed for some reasons. This year, it finally came ～. From Lishui Station to the Yunhe Terrace Visitor Center, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the homestay. As soon as you enter the yard, you can feel that you have used your heart. The design is just right. Plus, the yard is clean and comfortable. The big brother and sister of the hotel are really too enthusiastic. The two sent us three to the room. It's been years since I last stayed at an H Hotel, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how complete their services and facilities are now! The laundry room was a huge help. The room itself is impressively spacious – I'd consider this a premium H Hotel. The robot delivery for my takeout was always prompt, which was fantastic.

We loved our weekend stay here as a quiet and green nature getaway from Shanghai (3hr train ride). We arrived late in the evening, but the provided taxi service from Qingtian was great (40mins, 80rmb). Our host Nancy was so sweet, spoke great English, made us wonderful coffees and even took us on a little tour of the village and vegetable gardens. The accomodation is in a small village with 500yo houses, where mostly elderly people still live. We went on two nice 2-3hrs hikes, to the waterfalls and temple and towards another village. Food was great too: lovely rice flake porridge and many other things for breakfast, free tea and snacks, and in the evening we got a lovely noodle soup. Our lastminute vegetarian request was easily accomodated. Bed and shower were lovely and a good heater was provided to warm the room. Would definitely recommend, we hope to come back in spring to see the flower fields!

There is also a place next to the B&B that is very suitable for children to play in the water. It takes only 5 minutes to drive there according to the route given by the housekeeper. The water is not deep but very clear, and the children have a lot of fun!

The housekeeper mentioned that the second-floor suite in the innermost building was originally built for a sanatorium for ** (a person's name, likely a typo, should be 60 years old). The scenery and atmosphere are fantastic, and the octagonal pavilion is over a hundred years old. This was an ancient post station; choosing to stay here in Longquan is definitely worthwhile.
