The room was large, clean and well equipped. But when we arrived at the hotel at 1am, the water was no longer hot. The water was slightly better when we took a shower at 9am the next day, but it was still not hot. This was the only drawback, and I don't know if I took a shower at the wrong time.

I didn’t see the room first when I went to the hotel. It’s really good, clean and hygienic, the space is large, and I checked in decisively. I also carefully read the content of the bad reviews. There is still a misunderstanding in the middle and the communication is not smooth. This also leads to the hotel rating being too low. In fact, not only did the hotel's hardware facilities have nothing to say, the staff was also very caring, to the room to explain the use of our various facilities and equipment, thank you Xinjiang may not come again, but the experience our hotel gave us is really a wonderful experience during the trip to Xinjiang.

As we were heading to Sayram Lake, Jinghe County was our chosen stopover. We set off from our Urumqi hotel by car at 2:40 PM and arrived at 8 PM, a 5.5-hour drive. I had been searching for hotels and guesthouses on Ctrip for several days, concerned about cleanliness and hygiene. Reviews mentioned its great environment and park location, which was appealing as I also wanted our kids to experience RV campground living. On the day of arrival, the navigation was straightforward, and it was easy to find. A polite young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, always assisting with our luggage and answering all our questions. The main draw for me was the lovely environment and its cleanliness. There's a washing machine, and our washed clothes, hung outside overnight, dried perfectly under the warm morning sun – truly convenient! The campground even has four adorable alpacas 🦙, making for a truly enjoyable accommodation experience. It's an ideal stopover for Sayram Lake, and fantastic for family trips!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the service is superb, the little sister Meng Panpan at the front desk, meticulous and patient, because I am a family travel, there are elderly children, and there are more luggage. The staff is patient and I will definitely come next time. Not far from Liuxing Street, the fifth stop, Yining. I punched in Six Star Street and went to the old town in 2019. Don't laugh at my ignorance. This is the first time I know that ”Apple Incense” has red Six Star Street. It is also the first time to listen to this song, but I still like this version. Yining, there is a general's house and a monument to remember. But I know children won't like it. Knowing the feeling that ”people sometimes live for others” I firmly believe that I will definitely drive over again in the future. Yining is a heavy town in the western border, no matter how much you sing ”Zuo Zongxu”.

Driving from Urumqi to Sayram Lake, we chose to stop over at Bali Holiday Hotel (Daheyanzigovernment Cultural Center Store) and it completely exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended for self-driving tourists! The hotel is located right in the town center, near the government cultural center. Downstairs, there's a food street, supermarket, and noodle restaurants, making it super convenient for meals and shopping. The bus station is just a few minutes' walk away. It has a huge free parking lot and even EV charging stations, so electric vehicle owners can travel without any worries. Opened in 2025, the hotel boasts a new Chinese-style decor that's clean and elegant. The rooms are spacious and bright, with smart voice control throughout. Electric curtains and lights are all one-touch operated. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, features a thermostatic heated toilet seat, and provides 24-hour hot water. The bedding includes soft, pressure-relieving mattresses, and the sound insulation is excellent. After a long day on the road, I slept incredibly soundly. The whole room has floor heating, which is particularly comfortable given the large temperature difference between day and night in Xinjiang. The service details are 100%. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and they even proactively recommended sightseeing routes for Sayram Lake. The lobby offers free ice cream, and for guests with children, they provide special kids' toiletries. The hotel offers a complimentary self-service laundry room, gym, billiards room, and card room. For long-distance self-drivers, it's so convenient to wash clothes. There are even delivery robots that bring items to your room. The hygiene is well-controlled; there are no strange odors in the room, and the corners are meticulously cleaned. Breakfast has flexible hours and a rich variety of options. The value for money is top-notch in Daheyanzigovernment Town, suitable for family trips, self-driving stopovers, or business travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I go to Sayram Lake!

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year last year, and I chose it again this year. It was very convenient to get on the highway the next day. The only thing was that breakfast was still not open, so I had to go out and find breakfast by myself in the morning. The guest room is still as hot as before, but this year we stayed on the third floor, so we could open the window to lower the temperature. This year's Xiaodu Butler doesn't work well. When I asked to open the curtains, it said the network was abnormal. It would be faster to just do it manually. Compared with the first floor last year, the third floor is much better as there is no sound or smell of water flowing down. It is still equipped with disposable toilet seat pads, which is very delicate. We will continue to do better in all the good aspects!

On a business trip to this small town, the hotel room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff informed me that during the May Day holiday, complimentary local specialties were provided in the room – a unique fresh goji berry juice that tasted fantastic. When I didn't make it to breakfast, the staff thoughtfully delivered it to my room. There was also a male manager, whom I believe was wearing a black uniform, whose service was incredibly attentive and personal. He even assisted me with sending a package.

The whole process was very professional and the attitude was very gentle. The room hygiene was meticulous, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odorless. The front desk, security, and cleaning are all very friendly. If you have any problems, you will solve them immediately. The parking location is sufficient. It is convenient to travel and eat. You will definitely stay in the local next time. I recommend it to all friends!

I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in this trip to Xinjiang. Don't look at it. It is in Jinghe County. It is definitely better than the five or six hundred hotels in Urumqi. There are plenty of parking spaces, and there are charging piles. It is really amazing to see the sunset in the parking lot. The interior is clean and spacious, there is a restaurant downstairs outside, and there is a basketball football field for three or five minutes to play with local children. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the security guard at the door is very happy throughout the whole process. The most important thing is that it is very close to Sailimu Lake. It is too suitable to stay here for one night and go to Sailimu Lake the next morning. Recommend all friends who are going to Sailimu Lake to live here!
