I've stayed at other JHotel locations in different cities before and always had a good experience. The decor is simple and clean, making it perfect for business travelers. This time, I was in Lanzhou for a business trip and chose JHotel again. It was as quiet and comfortable as ever. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room is very clean, the layout is good, and the bedding is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is very poor. All movements in the rooms above can be heard below. You can hear the chats in the next room clearly in the middle of the night. The sound of traffic passing by on the road can be heard. The sound insulation effect is very, very poor. I was woken up at night.

To find a parking space at night, you need to call the front desk to ask. We went wrong with the navigation at night. There are two washing machines, washing and drying. We checked in around ten o'clock. I hope that the front desk lady will strengthen the training. I didn’t have laundry detergent at night. I waited for a long time to get it. The family room is very good. There is a partition in the middle. There is fruit beef noodles early. You have to catch a plane and you can also drop off the plane for free. It is a ten-minute drive from the airport and there are many delicious foods nearby.

I didn't have high hopes when I booked the hotel, considering the price! But it really exceeded my expectations! Especially the morning airport transfer – it was snowing, and the roads were very slippery, but the driver and hotel staff were very attentive, constantly reminding us that the roads were slippery! The driver drove very smoothly the whole way, getting us safely to the airport! If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room's soundproofing was a little poor, but the hallway was very quiet at night, probably because most guests were catching early flights and went to bed early, so it didn't affect my sleep at all! I forgot to take photos, but the room photos are exactly the same as the hotel's promotional pictures!

The Family Suite comes with three beds, a separate bedroom and living room, and two bathrooms. For a price of just over 300, I found this large room to be excellent value for money. It's very convenient that the hotel has its own restaurant downstairs, and the airport shuttle was quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was the room door, which felt like it needed some lubrication. It was quite stiff to open and close, producing a loud, squeaky sound.

This hotel is super close to the airport, just about a 10-minute drive, which makes catching a flight so stress-free. Right across from the entrance is Nakagawa Town, with lots of dining options nearby, making it really convenient for meals and shopping. The only minor drawback is that parking on the service road in front of the hotel is limited, and the road is quite narrow, making it a bit tricky to park if you're driving yourself. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, making for a great check-in experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had good water pressure with stable water temperature. The hotel also provides disposable towels, ensuring good hygiene. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for an airport stay.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one is really my favorite! From the moment you step into the lobby, you will be attracted by the luxurious yet warm atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, equipped with all smart devices, and quality is reflected in every detail. The service staff is always available and very considerate, making you feel at home. Highly recommended!
