I need to issue an invoice after check-out, and the front desk staff told me that it was done. In fact, it was them I made a mistake and remembered the wrong room. I personally think this kind of low-level mistake should not be made. Also, I don’t understand why I called me at 11:30 when I checked out at 2pm. Normally, you can call me half an hour in advance. Well, if I am at twelve o'clock, then you are at half past eleven, I understand, I am obviously at two o'clock

The hall looks really ordinary, but the quality of the rooms is unexpectedly high. The winter room is particularly warm, soundproofed, quiet and comfortable, the bedding and hygiene are very good, it is like two spaces and two grades in the hall.
The front desk service has been warm and thoughtful, and the restaurant's meals are also appetizing. Stayed so many times, the quality is always stable online, and it really won my heart by the room. Five-star recommendation to friends who value the actual stay experience!
