GGuest UserWho knows the family! This hotel is really amazing! The bed was soft, I slept until I woke up naturally, and the workers were ecstatic! The young lady at the front desk was too enthusiastic, not only helped me with my luggage, but also recommended the delicious surroundings, directly saving the Raiders time! The room was clean and glowing, even the glass in the bathroom had no water stains, and the details were directly controlled! Stayed in so many hotels, this soundproofing is really a cow! I can't hear the sound of watching TV next door, and I have a shallow sleep! Although it is not expensive, it is super warm, and it directly pokes my heart!

SSummersnow123Single bath ticket: The hot spring bathing environment is still good, a full set of toiletries is provided, and you can go to the soup at any time during the 24-hour opening of the store.
But there are a few strange incidents that have to be complained about:
1. The room can't be locked from the inside. I thought that my lock was broken and asked to change the room. I was told that most rooms were like this. After the lock was repaired, it couldn't be locked! I later changed a room because of the leak in the pool, and it was verified that it was true! This is outrageous, I don't understand why this is happening? Although there are 24-hour duty staff and monitoring on each floor
Since the locks have been repaired, how could it be opened in 2023?
3. I checked in at 2 pm, but I didn't enter the room to check the facilities. The hotel introduction said that it was newly opened in 2013! Before the evening bath, I completed a full set of washing in the hot spring. After returning to the room, I brushed my teeth, and the water leaked next to the toilet! Let the three-story waiter come and see and ask for a room change. She actually looked at where the water leaked from! Doesn't it need a washbasin when cleaning? ! Isn't I checking in early just to be able to assign a room with no problem? The front desk gave a room with a problem and a remote room! I am not a special room! I was angry and lost my temper before changing the room! As a result, the strong smell of smoke in the new room came, and I had to open the window to ventilate and open the window to sleep all night!
4. At around 9 pm, I found a leak and went out to find a waiter. After opening the door, there was a man sitting next to the door of the room! It was really scary at the time! Look at the original reading at the door of his room? The room downlight lamp and other lights are particularly bright, why did he choose to sit in the dim corridor and sit with a chair next to the door of the next room to read a book? ! ! !

There are several improvements:
1. The bedside lamp is broken and not repaired;

客房老舊，我住的房間裏有衞生間，可惜不能洗澡，因為沒熱水…説放半小時會熱，結果怎麼放也不熱…，房間設施像二十年前的小賓館，居然要拉着箱子爬樓梯，沒點力氣可真不方便。
這麼好的温泉，這麼差的客房是真的不協調，我給三分算客氣了，希望快快改進，經營好這無敵的温泉資源！
