Guest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars! Because it was rainy and cold that day, the hotel thoughtfully turned on the room's heating in advance. It was so cozy and warm when I walked in, truly heartwarming. The cleanliness also completely exceeded my expectations; it was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable. And the service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

Guest UserOrange Hotel is pleasantly surprised every time you stay! The faint orange fragrance in the lobby is super healing, and the warm orange design is simple and stylish. The room is clean and odorless, the whole house is intelligently controlled, and the voice can control the lighting curtains, which is full of technology. Jin Keer mattress is just soft and hard, the sound insulation is superb, and the sleep is full. The wet and dry separation bathroom is equipped with citrus washing and care, fresh and good smell. The front desk is warm, the robot is super convenient to deliver goods, there are free orange water and soft sugar, and the details are full. Lehuo breakfast is rich in variety and freshly ground coffee is awesome. Convenient location, cost-effective, first choice for business trips!

BiyaluojiayanghuBole City is so lucky to be close to Sailimu Lake. Because the price of hotels in the scenic area is too high, Bole City, which is dozens of kilometers away, has also become a popular place to stay. The hotel and several other hotels are close together, with Haiyou two doors in different directions. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door, shared by several hotels. The room size is more comfortable and clean. The hot and cold water pressure of the bath water is sometimes not stable. Relating to the price, the breakfast provided is too simple. There are many dining teams, and the dishes and fruits are not replenished in time. Eggs are limited for one person, porridge is very thin, and the quality and taste of stir-fried vegetables are not good.

Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time; the hotel service was incredibly attentive. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in, and the whole team was patient and meticulous, promptly responding to all my needs. The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was quiet. Overall, the service was top-notch. This will be my first choice for accommodation when I travel! The 'Guli' (girls) in Xinjiang are also very beautiful. I'll definitely choose Muyun Shanjin Hotel again next time.

Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake!
First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management.
What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors.
The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning.
All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

The hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.

Guest UserCentral location, but parking is a bit difficult due to limited parking spaces.
The room has separate wet and dry toilets. There is a window, but it's small and located in front of the toilet, so the room doesn't feel very airy.
The reception staff are quite enthusiastic.
Breakfast wasn't very varied; I had breakfast at 10 am and almost all the dishes were gone, but they didn't restock even though there were quite a few other guests arriving at that time.
