Another thing I didn't like was that despite the cold weather, there was a fan directly above the bed constantly blowing cold air."

YYUNJIEThe service is particularly warm, Bruges is small and you can walk most of the sights on foot. The hotel is ten minutes away from Bruges Railway Station. The most comfortable is the large bathroom and the welcoming waiter, in the cold The night brings wireless warmth. There is a kettle and tea coffee, remember to bring slippers and toothbrushes, the hotel does not provide.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

GGuest UserGreat location close to the centre but away from the noise. Front desk were friendly and I was able to store my bicycle, although a shame you have to pay extra for this. Bed was comfy and room has needed amenities. Breakfast options were a bit limited but well stocked considering how busy it got. I would stay here again if revisiting Bruges.

When we headed to the hotel, there was a sticker on the door saying, ”We are arranging to stay at another hotel because it is under renovation” (as of early February).
I was surprised because I didn't contact you in advance, but I will arrive in about 10 minutes on foot to another hotel written there.
I was able to stay at an upgraded hotel without any problems and no additional charges, but I wanted you to inform me by email at least.
