No complaints. Staff was super friendly upon check in and throughout the stay. Definitely recommend if traveling in the area. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning.

Guest UserThe hôtel was very nice. The accessible room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there was no hand shower in the tub. It was missing! It would have been inconvenient to take a shower while sitting on the bench.

Seemed to me this hotel recently renovated. The main breakfast area furniture looked nice and clean. Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. The room was spacious with a sectional sofa and two queen bed. One indoor swimming pool look small, good for famliy. Breakfast typical continental buffet style. Signature made your own waffle from Comfort Suite/Inn hotel. Overall was a great stayed.

Not bad of a hotel, wish I utilized the indoor pool though haha but the room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast is alright though nothing extravagant just very basic but at least it was free

Guest UserGuest computer had many viruses so it was very, very slow in making connections. Bathroom shower fixtures need replacing. Motel was full and a large group of kids devoured most of the breakfast items by 7:15 AM. Staff was unable to replace items and ran out of some things like pancake syrup. What was there was pretty good but it was slow going to get eggs or sausage due to short staffing.

Guest UserI have a 15-year-old daughter and the past couple years we go to Cincinnati to do our school shopping. we take a BFF with us and I surprise them with a hotel room after we're done shopping! Although it was a little later in the evening when we made it to our hotel the girls still had some swim time before it closed at 10 pm. Days Inn Blue Ash had all the amenities required for our trip! 2 queen beds, indoor pool, and breakfast included for the 3 of us! It was clean and the breakfast hit the spot before we hit the road 😍

I requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. When I walked around the room barefoot, I noticed dirt sticking to my feet. I love the walk in shower. The A/C worked well.
