The hotel is very good, very close to the airport, and there are bus stops nearby that can easily get to downtown Washington. The breakfast is also very good, and the staff is very enthusiastic. If you need an airport shuttle bus, you need to book it with the hotel in advance. Good review!

Hmmm.this is my second time going to this hotel, I loved it the first time but not this time. Everything about this hotel is really nice, the place neat and staff are all nice. But the problem is I parked my CAR at the parking lot of the hotel and woke up in the morning to find all my car tires were stolen. I mean all four tires of my care were gone.the crops were called and that was it.No body from the hotel even called to check on us or said anything. The manager was not around and I left a message that he should called me and up till now no one has called. I don't think I will ever go to this hotel again even though it a nice place I don't like the way my situation was handle..

The room is large, the facilities are a bit old, but very clean. Breakfast is American breakfast, buffet style, coffee, tea, drinks, sausage, eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal, all. There are not many varieties but nutrition must be there. The location is opposite SORINGFEILD MALL, very convenient, the only problem is that the pool is not open, it is said to be seasonal. The next day of check-in, we may have raised questions, and the front desk marked the instructions. The gym is not big, we still use it every day. I stayed for 7 days in total, and I didn't clean up the room one day. I don't know why. Other prices are very good value for money. In addition, the child's little genius watch could not be found, and after checking out, he went back to find it. The front desk brother was very enthusiastic to take it back to the room to find (have been cleaned) and asked the floor cleaning staff. Although he did not find it, he also thanked the brother for his responsibility.

My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Comfort Suites Dulles Airport hotel. The room was clean and spacious and very quiet, the facilities were very complete, the bed was very comfortable, the free breakfast had quite an abundant variety of choices and all the food was clean and hygenic and well-presented, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary airport shuttle service was punctual with helpful drivers. We definitely plan to stay there again when we need to spend a night in that part of the DC area.

We got off to a bumpy start as the original room assigned had been left unclean. The friendly staff quickly relocated me into a new room and were also able to provide the cooking utensils I requested. (some locations had not been able to do so). The staff is what saved the stay.

The reception desk is customer friendly, very helpful. Room is so so with the price (room facilities are not in shape), location is very near the IAD airport. Find a small spider crawling from pillow to bed when woke up. The carpet is damp, bathroom's curtain rod is falling, bathroom exhaust fan and refrigerator sounded so noisy!! It's ok if u want a room near IAD, but will not come again as facilities are not in shape.

The room is large, very clean, the air conditioning is very good, and the speed is very fast, it is very close to Pizza Hut, it is very convenient to eat, there is a supermarket nearby, and it is very close to buy food.

More than 30 minutes drive from Washington DC, the hotel price is half cheaper; so it was set for two days in a row The hotel is clean and tidy; well-equipped; there is a gas stove but unfortunately there is no tableware, otherwise you can buy some ingredients to burn some food. Said that there is breakfast but it is extremely simple. In addition to coffee, a little cake, there is nothing else. I feel that it is not as good as no. Anyway, we didn't have breakfast. The indoor air conditioning is good, there is no abnormal sound when starting, and the temperature outside is comfortable below zero.

This was our 2nd stay here, We were literally working next door, so the location was the best possible for us. This room was cleaner than the first one, but someone had been smoking pot in there, and it stunk strongly of pot. Too tired to complain, we turned on the bathroom exhaust fan and let management know the next morning. Probably not their fault, it was a previous guest. Basic room, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel should NOT be listed as having free breakfast. Coffee with packs of instant oatmeal that you had to make in a coffee cup should not count. The owners seem really, really cheap! But for a quick night's sleep, it will do. Just don't expect too much.

I love the price of the room but , the man running it acts as if he don’t want no money cause he don’t be answering the phone.
