Guest UserThere were crack heads outside my door all night one even tried to come in through the connected door in the room . There were young’s kids yelling and arguing all night . We stayed two nights and both nights were horrible due to the residents. Services and cleanliness was great !

The room and location is perfect . However the customer service could use improvement . Check out is 11 am they start knocking and calling the room phone at 8/9 in the morning. Border line harassment. This morning at 9:55 they started knocking banging on door and check out wasent for another hour I was nude as I was waking up the housekeeper tried to enter the room. Then at 11:02 we was bothered again .

The hotel was ok, there was an issue with their restroom where the toilet wasn't flushing properly. It was brought to management attention and nothing was done. But aside from that the stay was good.
