At first, we had a problem about the room being not ready for check in. However, the staff gave us the king size bed. The location is good not far from the metro and walkable distance to downtown. The main problem for our stay was the very cold weather. Good stay.

I was in Schaumburg for a 2 Day conference and chose to stay at a more cost effective location since I was traveling alone and really just needed a decent place to stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted and given my key cards. I drove towards the side door as it was closer to the elevator. Not the hotels fault I guess, but people were smoking in areas I know weren’t designated for smoking. The 2nd floor ***** of ***. I am grateful it wasn’t coming from my room, however: the assigned room did not smell clean at all. I did bring cleaning sprays from home just in case, the room wasn’t clean. I had to wipe the counters , desk and sink top off. They were dirty and sticky to the touch. I was going to ask for staff to come up and check the room but decided not to do that. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask that Housekeeping not clean until I left. Front desk staff was on the cellular device and I had to get his attention. He was nice and courteous but told me that rooms were cleaned once per week. Guess that’s why my assigned room smells the way. While I am an avid dog lover, the dogs coming out the exit when I tried to enter were huge. This gentleman had two and could hardly control them. Nevertheless, you get what you pay for so I can’t be too upset. I just don’t recall this chain being so lax about the amenities, staff professionalism-and cleanliness.

Good for a stand if you have a long transit and need some rest. Very convenient airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins. The area is not walkable or tourist friendly – will need taxi or 2+ buses to explore the city. Noise cancellation is +-, you can hear the neighbors but it feels safe. The breakfast had cereals, bread, waffles, butter, some fruits (oranges and bananas), juice and coffee/tea. Definitely scarce if you’re used to European/Asian service, but it’s a usual American breakfast. The stuff was nice and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel last week and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless and had a good supply of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the breakfast had a decent variety with good taste.

The room was very clean and suitable for a short overnight stay at the airport. It was cheap and there were food options nearby which was very convenient. However, I would be cautious if I was worried about safety issues. Of course, there was actually no problem. I heard someone walking back and forth and talking in the corridor of the room in the middle of the night. China is so safe that I would be alert at the slightest sign of trouble!

Great service, quiet , had a great weekend and the breakfast was yummy

Basic accommodations, no hairdryer, just a place to sleep. If you want more space, choose another guesthouse. But for this price, the environment is like this. There are no showers or shampoo/hair products, so please bring your own.

There is no shuttle from the airport and trip does not include the telephone number to the hotel. Breakfast is dry cereal and no hot water for instant coffee. I had to take a taxi at airport to get there and with no telephone number of the hotel almost one hour to get there 45 dollars for the taxi making this no Bragin. stay somewhere else unless you have a car until trip.com gets there act together.
