Very poor service for the price. Had to wait hour and 30 minutes for shuttle from O’Hare. I tried calling but no one answered the phone for about 15 minutes.

It is quite close to the airport, and there is also a shuttle bus to and from the airport hotel. It shares a car with the Hyatt next to it. The environment is not bad, and it is also a newly built hotel. It seems that the air conditioner cannot be turned on, but it was not very hot when we went there It doesn't matter if you don't turn on the air conditioner. outside and half of building looked to be under reconstruction though..our room was very nice and clean though. Didn't realize there would be a charge of $20 for parking while staying at this hotel.

Everyone was very friendly no matter what time of day. The hotel was clean and inviting. The price was reasonable. The one thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking in a big open parking lot.

Room and hallways and service were very good, very clean, very comfortable. The people were kind and offered to do whatever was needed. The breakfast had a good variety but the hot food was not very hot when I got to it (a little after 7am). The shuttle driver from airport was kind but the shuttle itself is not coming around every 30 min, more like every 50+ minutes or more.

The hotel is fine-no frills but that’s fine with us. However people should know that the hotel shares the airport shuttle with another hotel and that hotel receives priority. We had reserved a spot on the shuttle but it was filled with guests from the other hotel so we had to call an Uber.
