It’s perfect from check in to check out! Receptionist Neil is very helpful and very efficient…I have no complaints.. everything in the room is A OKAY…!! If I have to come back toMaine … at Bar Harbor… I’ll be staying in Bat harbor grand hotel for longer days👌👌👌

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was in a perfect location. Just a couple minutes walk to my daughter and son.-in-law's farmers market! Fantastic!!!

AngggggOther then day we arrived the bed was broken but they were able to fix it for the next day which I was glad that they did. Overall a good experience
