The hotel was clean, the service was great, and it was very convenient. However, the room directly above was incredibly noisy throughout the night.

My experience at this hotel is very good in term of cleanliness,location and service ,it's quite near the railway station and UD nigth 's mkt even Central Dept is walkable.The attractive place is around there and massage shop is albg the walk way.

I slept here because I needed to be somewhere close in the environment of the resort. It is not close to the city, but for me the location was thus convenient. Furthermore, the houses are nice and spacious. Very clean and everything looks new. The owners are also very helpful. After asking if there were motorbikes for rent in the area he directly made some calls for me, and after hearing there where none available he offered me to book a taxi for me. I really did enjoy my stay at Ban Ton Resort!

Excellent! It's very close to the hospital, so when I had a stomachache emergency at night, I was able to get treatment in time. It's also near Nong Prajak, so I could take my child for a run or bike ride. Overall, I really liked it.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car. The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind. The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.

Great value hotel very close to many things: bus station (75 meters), UD Town (Lotus's, Villa Mkt, Mr DIY), the train station and the evening market, the Mall, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Amenities are so so: bring your own shower gel/soap ; no mini fridge ; bed is on the firm side, but for me still comfy enough; 2 water bottles (per day). Mani owners also own Primani Indian restaurant is across the narrow street which has tasty food.

Had a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.
