UUKgBooked for early morning departure from Udon Thani., When we arrive hotel reception after 1pm but we are ask to wait until 2pm., we expect some considerate so can plan our day , anyway it's looks rude when others getting check in earlier than us., rooms are ready but ask the guests to wait for nothing's , when we check out early there no account....this has to be changed...

AAlex massieThe hotel was near all shopping center and night market just near by.the rooms are on small side but nice bed and very clean the balcony small you can smoke on it.there is coffee shop and massage shop near by and a Fowler market next door there are ATM 20m away.there is a motor bike hire near by called happy motor bike you hire most kind motor bikes and not expensive.there some nice English food restaurants near by with British and Thai menu not to expensive.

We checked in at 11:00 PM because the flight was delayed. The staff waited and welcomed us very well. I woke up in the morning and met the young man. GGuest UserHad a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.

GGuest UserI slept here because I needed to be somewhere close in the environment of the resort. It is not close to the city, but for me the location was thus convenient. Furthermore, the houses are nice and spacious. Very clean and everything looks new. The owners are also very helpful. After asking if there were motorbikes for rent in the area he directly made some calls for me, and after hearing there where none available he offered me to book a taxi for me.
I really did enjoy my stay at Ban Ton Resort!

The restaurant right next to the entrance is a famous local restaurant in the Isan area. Teppanyaki and pork dishes are also good for Korean tastes. It's right across from Udon Town, so it's great for shopping or eating.
