No food taken.
Told them that I had booked already, 3 rooms.
She then took 500baht per room as deposit and another 100baht for 3 keys.
So In total I gave her 1800baht.
Turns out to be just a small communications problem.
Allsorted out in the morning.
Rooms ard very basic but very good value gor the price.
It would have been much cheaper to have just gone to the hotel directly, and I had a new customer discount aswell.

Lili HongIt's a lovely hotel, much more beautiful and cleaner than I thought. Nan is already a clean city, but when I entered the hotel, it was like coming home. At first, I got a room on the 2nd floor. The staff saw that I had a lot of stuff and changed the room to the lower floor. They were very attentive. Thank you very much.

The hotel is very new, clean, the furniture is layered very well, the bathroom is clean, the smell is good throughout the room.
I like it the most. It is my favorite hotel in Nan.
The staff are lovely and the advice is easy to understand.
I booked through Trip.com and got a 300 baht discount, which is worth it. It is near the night market, you can walk there. There are many restaurants.

Tassanai.iinCalm atmosphere The room is very clean. The facilities are quite complete. The bedroom is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, overall very good, the younger staff speaks because the service is lovely. Worth the price booked

Very nice room in a pleasant garden. The staff were friendly, the place was clean but it is on the edge of town. I walked into town and it took 45 minutes. But mostly I used motorcycle taxis. The shower was lukewarm. Breakfast on the first day was delicious but on the second when it was a buffet was unbeatable. There was no swimming pool. But it is good value

The hotel is located in Nan city. Not far from the airport Not far from the main tourist attractions, Nan city, clean, safe, the owner is hospitable, friendly, feel warm if there is a chance to travel again. Will choose to stay here

Impressed. The staff spoke politely. The room was clean. The facilities were complete. The location was good. You can walk to the walking street. The hotel is right at the end of the market. I like that there is enough parking space both in the hotel and outside the parking lot. The air conditioner cools quickly. The water flows strongly. But the room is not soundproof. I don't mind this, but I want to mention it in case anyone wants privacy. Overall, I will go back to stay again.
