After a warm welcome, we spent a really comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights here. Rooms are spacious and set in a lovely garden on the riverside. Decor is old-Thai style but has all the facilities needed (a/c, fan, kettle, fridge, good shower, even insect repellent cream!). It's the many small things that make it a lovely place to stay eg the mini-kitchen facilities at the river verandah, some fresh fruit, complimentary cookies etc. Location is riverside and a short walk to the night markets and some of the main Wats.

This homestay has a lot of space, the space in the room is also good, two suitcases can also be placed, the service staff is kind, the facilities in the room are ordinary, the hot water pressure is insufficient, the water volume is very small, the small refrigerator has noise that will affect sleep, the bed is good to sleep, and the sound insulation effect is good.

The room was old and basic but it was a very good size. Hard mattress but that didn't bother me. The rooms are tucked away off the main road so you don't get any traffic noise. It was about a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Free coffee available in the morning. There is a cafe but it's closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, directly in front of Chang Phueak Market. In the evenings, stepping out, you'll find an incredible array of food, including famous street stalls like Chang Phueak Suki and Bua Loi. The front desk staff were excellent, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. The room itself was well-appointed with essentials like a kettle, coffee, and a hairdryer. At a price point in the low hundreds (Baht), it offers exceptional value. This is definitely our preferred hotel every time we visit Chiang Mai.

The room inside is quite clean and beautifully arranged, orderly and cute, but the balcony, walkway, stairs The area around the hotel is dusty and not very clean. The room is not very soundproof, you can still hear sounds from outside and neighboring rooms. which is normal for wooden houses This place probably isn't suitable.

The accommodation was easy to find, quiet, peaceful, and very nice. I'll definitely stay there again when I'm back. For anyone who likes peace and quiet, I highly recommend it.
