Stop at the hotel in March.
The location was perfect for us. The room is small but clean enough. The cleaning was done almost daily.
A small kitchen corner with modern equipment. It's quite comfortable.
On the 1st floor of a cafe, where you can eat at any time.
On the territory of an open pool, sauna.
Everything is clean enough.
Svetlana's very spiritual administrator. met and placed us at night.
Unfortunately, it was necessary to interrupt the residence earlier than planned.
I hope, we will come back!

It was very comfortable 🫶🏻 It is necessary to return here again not once, because it is crazy to return here!!! The view is chic, the location is excellent, 5 minutes to the Olympic Park, 10 minutes to the Sochi Park, the beach is also near!!

＞ Провальная шумоизоляциия, слышны звуки у соседей. Удивительно, как в таких основательных зданиях такие дешевые стены.
＞ Кровать ужасная, мы всю неделю плохо спали. Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.
＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи.
＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

Everything is clean , comfortable , straight beauty , I recommend stopping here as it is convenient once you are not in a hurry and on a rollerbane ride , tickets to the rise of 150 rubles to Rose the farm and back within the day , cafe next to , shop , pay only for rose peak 2850

Очень понравился этот апарт-отель, все новое, чисто, в номере есть все необходимое для комфорта, красивый вид на море из номера. Также есть небольшой уютный дворик. Быстро работает интернет.

Guest UserVery convenient location. Not far from the rope road, but you will have to sinking to the mountain. Take a family room with a two-storey bed, children delighted. Very clean fresh bed. Mattresses are flexible, not cheap. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is not new but quite clean. On the first floor the dining room at the restaurant price. Food for 3 cu. Better add and go to Grusha, which is next to the hotel. Nothing for children. Would I go back there? I'm not likely. I want to visit other hotels.

In the room on the floor of a carpet that is not cleaned. The hotel is conveniently located - next to the station (10 minutes walk) and airport. The room is three-bedroom but on the balcony there was only one chair. Staff is kind. Breakfast is undiversified but satisfactory and delicious
