Excellent guest house, went with a guy, we WA liked, the territory of the house is beautiful, there is a kitchen, toilets, pool, lying, beautiful tables, just super!!!! 👍🏼 especially liked the host-Minas, very polite, positive, fun, good man! It was very comfortable 🫶🏻 It is necessary to return here again not once, because it is crazy to return here!!! The view is chic, the location is excellent, 5 minutes to the Olympic Park, 10 minutes to the Sochi Park, the beach is also near!!

The hotel we stayed in was a real find! Since the first minutes of stay we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and novelty of everything. Rating 10 out of 10 – is not an exaggeration! The presence of the elevator has also become a pleasant bonus, especially after long walks around the surroundings. We booked a room for three days and never regretted our choice. On the first day we had a small incident: my daughter was burned a little bit in the sun. However, reception staff responded quickly and offered pantenol spray to make things easier. Such care and attention to guests really please! The hotel is in a quiet place where you can enjoy calm and wake up to the singing of birds. It is an ideal place for those who want to rest from the city's vainness and enjoy nature. If you are not looking for parties and alcohol entertainment, here you will be able to sleep perfectly and restore strength. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and quiet place for a rest. We are happy to return here again! 👍

Очень понравился этот апарт-отель, все новое, чисто, в номере есть все необходимое для комфорта, красивый вид на море из номера. Также есть небольшой уютный дворик. Быстро работает интернет. Большое спасибо старшему администратору Маргарите за ее профессионализм, доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Были в семейном номере и мне очень понравилась обстановка в отеле. на 1 этаже люди играли в приставки, игры, настольный теннис, футбол. есть столовая, но цены неоправданно высокие. Есть серф кофе. Само местоположение суперское, высоко в горах, рядом альпаки парк, подъемник, вид шикарный. Есть магазин продуктовый! Советую

First set in the room worse, but the administrator showed several rooms for choice and we chose the room fresher. But overall, all rooms were bad. The only plus was location, minute and you on the embankment. Well, cheap price. What did I really want for 1300 a day?

Super price for such a accommodation! I was alone in a room for two, in the room there are all the facilities if something is not in the room, that is on the floor. Also quiet, no one interrupted. A place near the sea (10 minutes) and great you can walk on the embankment. There are all shops and cafes nearby. In general, I would highly recommend it

In the room on the floor of a carpet that is not cleaned. The hotel is conveniently located - next to the station (10 minutes walk) and airport. The room is three-bedroom but on the balcony there was only one chair. Staff is kind. Breakfast is undiversified but satisfactory and delicious
