AAnonymous UserA very good hotel, the location is a bit mysterious and full of Japanese style. The environment is a very pleasant feeling. I have a very rich beef hot pot dinner. I have a bonsai decoration in the room. It feels like I have gone to Japan. This is a very pleasant journey.

IizziedadI came and stayed the day before to attend my son's naval training completion ceremony. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. I had a good home-cooked breakfast in the morning, and all the staff were very friendly, so it was a satisfactory stay.
Because the location is a new port, the view is a container view... I think it was a bit of an unusual experience, and since it's a newly built area nearby, there isn't much, but there's everything you need and the food around is delicious.
One thing I wish the hotel would do is that there was no towel rack in the washroom, which was a bit inconvenient. I think it would be good if they could take action.
I was satisfied with the clean facilities and friendliness of my stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Hotel Leo.

GGuest UserA bit pricey but very good location. No lift but it's on the second floor so not so bad! Had heating floors and also heating pad in bed, free flow mini bar and drinks. Couldn't ask for more !

GGuest UserI had a job, so I first booked a reasonable priced accommodation to sleep. Arrived in the evening and was a little embarrassed at the property in the shopping street, but the elevator was comfortable and as soon as I entered the hotel, I was relieved! It was my first Changwon, but I upgraded the Ondol room I booked without knowing it, and even though I arrived after 9pm, I was grateful that the boss was at the front desk. There is also water, coffee pot, TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) in the room, so I was very impressed with the cost performance and kindness. Recommended as a cost-effective accommodation

GGuest UserWell located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us!
The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often!
Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time!
The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

We were not very sensitive to noise, so we were well sleeped, but I think it would have been hard for those who were sensitive to noise ㅠㅠ
It was warm and nice because there was an electrical panel on the bed!
