SSuren STVery convenient location in Nervi. Near the station, where it is easy to get to places like Bolyasko, Camolia, Portofino. A beautiful villa, far from noisy streets. The room is clean. I need to tell separately about the host, Marco. Very attentive to the guests, answered all questions, advised restaurants with delicious food. There was constant contact. Marco, grazie!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the train station but the road is very difficult to walk. There are small alleys everywhere in the old city, and there are many dangerous buildings on both sides. The small hotel is considered a homestay and the conditions are very poor. The facilities are old and aging and some have been broken. Make do for two days. Because I care about the convenience of travel, I can bear it. At night, many black people around, and I am still afraid. Not recommended to live here. The reception is still very warm. There is no elevator to carry your luggage up and down the narrow stairs.

Плюсы: расположение, просторная комната, бесплатный кофе.
Минусы: очень жарко, нет кондиционера, только вентилятор; маленькая общая зона; отель очень старый; странный управляющий - всегда кричит; но что стало вишенкой на торте: когда мы пришли за сумками, он сказал , что мы должны немедленно покинуть отель, так как мы нарушаем правила безопасности и тревожим других гостей, мы создаём для них угрозу. ))) смешно))

LLiubov ShimolinaFor 1-2 nights is quite acceptable. Yes, it is old, but the price is reasonable. Very hospitality and responsive host, he was very kind and solved all our problems (leave baggage to the evening train, etc.). There is a delicious and cheap pizza in the hotel. To the center of 20 minutes walk, the hotel itself is in a convenient location near the station. Staff barely speak English, but Google translator is in help.
In general, the price will go, especially pleased.
