"One of the best hotels considering the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the services provided were more than satisfactory for the rate. The staff members were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the owner, who was extremely friendly and made sure we felt at home. Only Food was delicious. Services not so good. This hotel is by far below 4 star standards. We booked a executive room with lawn access, however the lawn was not well maintained and there was nothing personal with respect to lawn. Concrete path maintained to walk through to the lawn but the lawn was not even the length of pathway. When asked about the basic amenities such as dental kit and all, the hotel personal informed that these were chargeable. These are something which is expected from a 4 star hotel. When I asked about arrangements for my husband's birthday, neither the hotel personal allowed outside cake, nor they could arrange a cake by themselves. The decoration work was not allowed and the staff had no idea for any such arrangements.

The location of the hotel is prime. It's near the railway station, and many more restaurants are available nearby. Specifically, i enjoy rk hotel, which is near my hotel. In terms of quality and the behavior of staff, it's a nice overall experience. I highly recommend those who spend time with their loved ones to make plans while considering this property.
