SSischoJust a little input for victoria cafe who joined in the app didn't look at who stayed, this incident is the second time I have experienced, I stayed here from the new opening until 2023 like to stay here because of the convenience, But what makes me uncomfortable the order service lwt the kmr application I ordered there was another person who ordered that even lwt booking lgsg to villa victoria cafe and klu when I didn't get my room, I was very sorry to the villa, Because I paid full on the app, the sunrise voucher and the name of the stay was not on the list, it turned out that after checking, I accidentally found the name of my order on the email, of course I didn't receive dong yes, Because I have to be so, my money was refunded because the double order of the application and the booking lgsg, and the incident in the year 2023 I had no solution at first and the refund of the villa was not available, because I saw that there was a name of my order, I was not there, just the villa employees can't avoid it, Always check twice y the manager of villa victoria cafe next time please be careful so that there is no loss for the next booking, the service strategic villa should also be good, the ratting is 👌 , bgs employees service, cm is less meticulous
