Find 2-Star Hotels in Montpellier

Séjour d'une nuit à l'Eklo Montpellier début février avec mes filles à l'occasion d'un concert. J'ai réservé l'Eklo pour tester ce nouveau concept d'hôtel et surtout pour un critère qui est essentiel pour moi : Le parking ! Parties at 00:30 of the Zenith South, I parked at the station after more than 1h of errance in Montpellier, the centre is in work. GPS of my car,Waze,Google Map,no one managed to lead me to the famous street du clos renné indicated on the indications given by mail before arrival at the hotel.Maybe because it was dark night,maybe because I was exhausted , Maybe because you have to drive on tramways to get there (in my house it is prohibited!).I've nevertheless called the hotel but the person didn't know how to guide me.I've had to park at 400 meters and take a walk at 2 o'clock of the morning with 2 girls aged 16 The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We have met on 2 floors and I have never got it in any other hotel! We don't separate parents from their children on 1 floor! There was also 1 out of 2 rooms for PMR so flooding in the bathroom! A total failure! The only satisfactions are the comfort of the literary and sympathy of all staff members.Thank you all for listening to me and for refunding my parking, but Eklo Montpellier and I'm finished and I don't advise this site !

Horrible service. This hotel charges you extra 150€ on check in without any reason. When we asked for any legal base for that, they couldn’t find anything and their only response was “pay or f… off”. The woman at the check-in showed us on the computer screen a part of a conversation with other customers WITH THEIR PRIVATE DATA in order to “prove” that other customers paid this 150€. In the end, she arbitrarily charged us 80€ (?), which so far has not been returned to our account. This hotel is a joke. AVOID.

This hotel is very general, it is cheap, it is ok to stay for one night. The good thing is that there is a place for free parking, but the room is very general, of course, the price will not be too high.

Bien que situé en centre ville, les chambres sont au calme. L'agencement de la chambre est bien pensé. La décoration est sympa et la literie de qualité. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Quatre très bonnes expériences qui me font revenir toujours dans cet hôtel, belles qualités à l'intérieur et beaucoup de possibilités dans son environnement proche (tramway, boutiques et restaurants, bars...)

La réception ouverte 24h/24 car on est arrivé tard, très appréciable. L'endroit très bien entouré sur un centre commercial ****** qui ne ferme pas et d'une pharmacie. L'hôtel pour un IBIS Budget est plutôt bon, avec un très bon accueil, les chambres son propre et bien aménagées. On regrettera le manque de meuble pour ranger non affaires et une table. Les couloirs sont bien décorés, les équipements clef magnétique, machine à café, distributeurs de boissons sont pratiques. Le petit-déjeuner buffet à volonté reste correct. J'y reviendrai.

The location is excellent. It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

We arrived at 3pm, as had been agreed for check in, no one to welcome us but we knew it, why if you don't have any reception staff between 11am and 5pm, do you inform us that check in takes place from 3pm? If we had known, we would have shown up later. However, as soon as we try to open the door following the instructions they provided us via email, the booking code they sent me doesn't work, the door doesn't open and there isn't even a sign explaining that the door opens. The access is not that but a hidden door at the back! To reach it you go around the garden on the land and on the lawn. A kind local lady intervenes and helps us, we call assistance by phone and they explain to us that we have to access from the other side (at the back) the call costs us a good €12 (a theft), we finally go to the other door and we log in, we find the automatic check-in machine but even there, as it happens, the code doesn't work. we call assistance on the intercom (because only there - see the case again - there is an intercom to speak to an operator who immediately gives us another code which this time works. What do you think? For me it's all done artfully to steal the money from the call to the support call center. We honestly felt robbed. No one deigned to help us. Highly not recommended!

Starting with the friendlyness of the reception everything is pleasant The young woman has offered us a studio at the back of the building so that we do not hear the tram, we appreciated a very clean Studio with 2 beds very functional and beautiful kitchen Bathroom Toilet and Products available Beds made daily For TV fans a bouquet of 200 films of which many cartoons We will come back safely and in confidence Bravo Continue as I published the Tram at the exit of the hotel very convenient

Again one of those places where I'd love to give half-star ratings (would give it a 3.5). The location is great, very close to the city center and some interesting places for food or drinks around. The staff was extremely friendly and provided us with recommendations about what to see during our stay (5 stars for the staff working there!). We booked the basic room so I knew a little what to expect. The room was small and basic and even though the mattress was comfortable, the bed itself needs some work (I think the mattress was a little too small so we hurt our legs a couple of times running into the corners of the bed). The bathroom was super tiny, even more than I expected. We had the courtyard ”view” which I might have interpreted a little differently but be aware that you could basically see into another persons' room. Nonetheless, you can open the window and get a little fresh air. The walls are also not the greatest, they seem to be quite thin. We had no issues with the lift next to us (as others mentioned it was too loud) but a little noise in the hallway could very well be heard in the room. I'm not sure what the general price is in Montpellier city center, I personally think it was a little high for what you get (apart from the location). Generally, we were happy with our stay for a couple of nights, it was what I expected and it fit our purpose. Thank you :)
