There's always room for improvement so I always give 4 points the maximum. One night the toilet by Rm102? had run out of toilet roll 😥 Dormitory is always the best place to make new friends and share experience. Unfortunately, in this particular stay, a long-term guest has become the boss of the room. 😵💫She doesn't show any courtesy/respect to other members: Opened /closed window, turned on/off lights as she wish. Used hair dryer and banged on the door after 2330; Personal belongings were everywhere, occupied all furnitures which supposed to be shared in a dorm 🤔. In order to give herself full privacy she even took other's sheet. Somehow, once in a while, she would use a suitcase to stop the front door being closed 😱 while guest is still sleeping inside.

Après avoir quitté l'hôtel ce midi...je tenais à remercier le personnel et la disponibilité du personnel et de la réception. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits ..2 chambres identiques pour 5 personnes. 3 adultes et 2 enfants.. Nous y étions allés pour passer 2 jours à Walibi.. où il a fait un temps exceptionnel. Les chambres très correctes et une literie exemplaire..sommier matelas et surmatelas tout neufs posés qqes jours avant. Et pour un 2 **un lit de 160 dans une chambre de 12 m2.! Petit déjeuner simple tout ça fait correct..mais bien chargé pour le prix. On nous a recuit du pain 🍞 tt chaud a 10:30. Personnel très agréable. Situation de l'hôtel en plein centre ville et parking de la ville en partenariat pour 5€10 par nuit situé juste en dessous de l'hôtel.Tres pratique A recommander et merci pour ce bon séjour... Nous y reviendrons si l'occasion se représente...

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip focused on the university, and it served its purpose perfectly. The hotel is very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful with all of my requests, which made for a welcoming experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day. The primary advantage of this hotel is its location, which is ideal if you need to be at the Université Grenoble Alpes. However, be aware that the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly and is built more for cars. There are no supermarkets within easy walking distance, so it's best to plan accordingly if you need to buy anything. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially for anyone who has business to attend to at the university.

It is convenient because it is a few minutes from Vienne station and the supermarket is close. The drawback was that there was no hair dryer in the room. There was a microwave and water (drinking water) in the lobby, which was helpful. Everyone was kind.

Prestations correctes  Le petit déjeuner compris avec la chambre et payé lors de la réservation n’a pas été enregistré par l’établissement. Ce qui induit une situation pénible.

Hôtel pas cher, alors il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose. Dommage, il y a l'essentiel mais cet hôtel a besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation, entre autre le sol des chambres, du moins celle que j'avais. J'ai fait un autre première classe le lendemain et la qualité de ma chambre était nettement supérieure.
