One night the toilet by Rm102? had run out of toilet roll 😥
Dormitory is always the best place to make new friends and share experience.
Unfortunately, in this particular stay, a long-term guest has become the boss of the room. 😵💫She doesn't show any courtesy/respect to other members: Opened /closed window, turned on/off lights as she wish.
Used hair dryer and banged on the door after 2330;
Personal belongings were everywhere, occupied all furnitures which supposed to be shared in a dorm 🤔. In order to give herself full privacy she even took other's sheet. Somehow, once in a while, she would use a suitcase to stop the front door being closed 😱 while guest is still sleeping inside.

LLoris LombardiI stayed at this hotel for a work trip focused on the university, and it served its purpose perfectly. The hotel is very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful with all of my requests, which made for a welcoming experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day.
The primary advantage of this hotel is its location, which is ideal if you need to be at the Université Grenoble Alpes. However, be aware that the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly and is built more for cars. There are no supermarkets within easy walking distance, so it's best to plan accordingly if you need to buy anything.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially for anyone who has business to attend to at the university.

GGuest UserIt is convenient because it is a few minutes from Vienne station and the supermarket is close. The drawback was that there was no hair dryer in the room. There was a microwave and water (drinking water) in the lobby, which was helpful. Everyone was kind.

GGuest UserAprès avoir quitté l'hôtel ce midi...je tenais à remercier le personnel et la disponibilité du personnel et de la réception.
Nous y avons passé 3 nuits ..2 chambres identiques pour 5 personnes. 3 adultes et 2 enfants..
Nous y étions allés pour passer 2 jours à Walibi.. où il a fait un temps exceptionnel.
Les chambres très correctes et une literie exemplaire..sommier matelas et surmatelas tout neufs posés qqes jours avant.
Et pour un 2 **un lit de 160 dans une chambre de 12 m2.!
Petit déjeuner simple tout ça fait correct..mais bien chargé pour le prix.
On nous a recuit du pain 🍞 tt chaud a 10:30.
Personnel très agréable. Situation de l'hôtel en plein centre ville et parking de la ville en partenariat pour 5€10 par nuit situé juste en dessous de l'hôtel.Tres pratique
A recommander et merci pour ce bon séjour...
Nous y reviendrons si l'occasion se représente...

GGuest UserHello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.

Rreda chenenHôtel pas cher, alors il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose. Dommage, il y a l'essentiel mais cet hôtel a besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation, entre autre le sol des chambres, du moins celle que j'avais.
J'ai fait un autre première classe le lendemain et la qualité de ma chambre était nettement supérieure.
