The bed is a soft thick spring mattress, ordinary pillow/rest (pillow comfort meets this price but high requirements). The sofa is comfortable and the tatami mats by the bed are relaxing. The disposable toilet pad is very intimate, the disposable towels and bath towels are clean and hygienic, the towels are a bit not durable, and the clothes hanging area and clothes drying area are large. Living is very comfortable and praiseworthy.

Advantages: Great location, right inside the Crystal Night Market, with barbecue just downstairs. There's a large underground parking lot; parking is free by scanning the owner's QR code. Disadvantages: Terrible hygiene! There were bugs crawling on the blankets, stains of some kind of liquid on the table, long hair on the bath towels, and black residue on the hairdryer that couldn't be wiped off—I don't know what it was.
