GGuest UserWhen I set it, I looked at that room. The details were 30 square meters, two 1.3 meters beds, and then I lived after dinner. There was no place in the parking lot. I drove the car all over the street to find a place. After parking, I went back to the hotel. After the room checked in, I went in and saw that there was no 30 square meters. My wife and I just got ready to rest, opened the quilt, looked at the sheets were full of dirty things and bugs, and then called the front desk to deal with it. After the front desk saw it, we changed a room. I asked how it was different from the order. The front desk told us that the room had been changed to a triple room. The rest are all such rooms. It’s too late to want to toss, and I didn’t look closely, so I slept. I opened the quilt in the morning and looked at it. The big hole in the bowl on the sheets deceived consumers. What should it be? The pictures and the room type are not in line and reasonable. Trip.com Are they all doing things like this?

AAnonymous User酒店門口可以停車，還有慢充，對自駕遊新能源電車友好～酒店大堂有付費的洗衣機啊和烘乾機，酒店的衞生不錯，就是電視打不開，氧氣出氣孔太小了😭😭。洗手間雖然不是乾濕分離，可是熱水很給力（房間圖片忘記拍了）。
前台是個美女🥰，服務態度很好👌

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the 318 roadside parking lot. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. As soon as you arrive, someone will come out to direct the parking and help you get things. The second floor of the hotel is a foot bath shop, so you can relax after a long day of driving. There is also breakfast. The first floor is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose this place again when I return.

來來自香港的一個普通旅客I have been in Tibet for more than half a month. Yesterday I checked into the Leiwuqi Ruixuan Smart Hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, there were many cars and motorcycles parked outside the door, but they have a private parking lot in the basement next to it with about ten parking spaces. The hotel was fully booked on the day of check-in. I didn’t feel very good when I first checked in, because the room I was given was on the third floor. Since there was a ******* restaurant on the second floor, my wife asked for a room on a higher floor, but the staff said that the other floors were still being cleaned, so there was no way. When we entered the room, we found that the bathroom was not separated into dry and wet areas. We went back to the registration desk and told the staff that the pictures of the rooms we booked online showed separated into dry and wet areas. Then she reluctantly took us to a room on the fourth floor with a bathroom that had a dry and wet separation. When we closed the door, we found that there was a hole behind the door and the door lock was also very old. The bathroom floor and shower screen were also not cleaned well, and the hair dryer did not work. It was a bit inconvenient to use in the bathroom. The room provided a projector and two controllers, one for the projector and the other for the motor. However, after turning on the projector, I found that I could only watch online programs and could not watch TV. Later I learned that I could only watch online programs. It is recommended that the hotel not put the TV controller in the room and not give guests the expectation of being able to watch TV. It would be better. However, the room provided facilities that other hotels do not have, and that was the paper cup holder I first found in the room. There were few places to eat breakfast, only four tables, each of which could seat four people, but the place was very clean. The food selection was small, but basically every food was hot enough. After breakfast, I returned to the room and found that the corridor of the room was also bright and clean. This hotel is the most affordable I have stayed in Tibet, only about 200 yuan. In the end, I felt that I needed to praise the hotel owner for managing the money well.
