The lighting is great and it is bright during the day. Opposite is the dormitory. The water pressure is very high when taking a bath, and the washing is very happy. The only downside is that the toilet is a bit small. The mattress is super soft and super pop, it is the softest I have ever slept, and I can't even sit by the bed, because I slipped out after sitting down. The space is quite large and the fourth floor is very quiet at night. The customer service attitude is very good, the communication is fast and convenient, and the problem will be solved as much as possible. It is a duplex that is separated from the first and second floors, so the sound insulation of the two floors is a little bit worse, and the door is opened after entering the room. If the person on the lower floor wants to open the door, the space is a bit small.

When you see a few signs, turn left and walk inside; you'll see Building 8 of Rongchuang Future Sea. If you can't find it, you can call the person in charge, and they'll come pick you up. The person in charge is also the guesthouse owner, and they're very easy to talk to. They helped me extend my check-out time and even promptly brought me a hairdryer because I broke it, sob sob. There's plenty of disposable toiletries; if you need more, the staff will bring more promptly. You can leave your trash outside, and the staff will clean it up immediately. The room has great ventilation and natural light; I stayed in a loft upstairs. It was practically silent at night when I went to sleep. There's a clothesline by the window for hanging light clothes. The bedding is excellent, especially the mattress—it's just the right firmness, with support all around, and fits the body perfectly. I really want a mattress connector, hahaha! The courier shop is downstairs; turn left after exiting the main door; it's at the back. There's also a convenience store in the lobby on the first floor, and two more outside. It's very convenient for everyday shopping. The photos were taken when I left; the room was a bit messy, so I didn't take a full-view photo. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying here. The owner is very responsible, replies to messages quickly, and tries their best to meet reasonable requests.

The apartment is quite spacious, but the interior is rather basic. The bed is okay, but finding a place to stay isn't very convenient. It's 2 kilometers from the subway station, so taking a taxi would be a bit of a hassle. There are quite a few restaurants downstairs in the complex, but the overall environment is just average. If you have no other options, it's a place you could stay.

Excellent disposable towels! 4. Includes a movie streaming membership (I didn't contact customer service to log in initially). Cons: 1. The blankets weren't changed on the first day, and because there were two different cosmetic and perfume scents in two different areas, I was hesitant to use the blankets. 2. The bathroom could be a little cleaner.
