The renovation is very new! It's a very clean and comfortable guesthouse. There's a billiards room and seating downstairs. Overall, it's a very comfortable and cost-effective guesthouse.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the shower had hot water in 3 seconds, and the soundproofing was so good that I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, not only giving me a free upgrade but also providing a local travel guidebook. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, as well as local specialties—great value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!”

I had a good experience. Really value for money. Highly recommended. Neat and clean bedding. With AC and heating. I had an exam at the Fujian Normal University the next day and this place was just beside my exam centre.

The apartment is quite spacious, but the interior is rather basic. The bed is okay, but finding a place to stay isn't very convenient. It's 2 kilometers from the subway station, so taking a taxi would be a bit of a hassle. There are quite a few restaurants downstairs in the complex, but the overall environment is just average. If you have no other options, it's a place you could stay.

The boss's service attitude is super good 👍🏻. He patiently answered many of my questions and helped me with my luggage. The room is very large, a separate large room with floor-to-ceiling windows. It feels very fresh and hygienic. There is nothing wrong with it. I originally booked it for only one day, but I booked a few more days because of the cost-effectiveness. The boss also gave me a discount, which made me feel very considerate. I wish the boss a prosperous business.
