Very good hotel, especially the two staff members in charge of the reception at the front desk are very nice. Whether it is travel needs or needs to help book the surrounding area, the baby's tickets can be, very good solution, and they are all agreed prices.

The hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

The water in the wash basin leaks the area of the water, others are fine. There was not much to go to the hall before 9 o'clock in the morning, and the milk and soy milk were gone. I just picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables full of leftovers. I said can I sit here? She only knew to clean up the dumplings.

It is a good hotel for the price. First room smelled of cigarettes, second was ok. Location is great. Staff is nice too.

The people are very good, the attitude is good, the service is also close to the North Station.
