We booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find. The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day... They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that. The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

It is a good hotel for the price. First room smelled of cigarettes, second was ok. Location is great. Staff is nice too.

The hotel was very cold and dark. The carpet was completely filthy and stained, and the sheets of one bed did not appear to have been changed. There were some things broken in the room, such as the window lock. The worst thing was that the room stank of ste smoke. After staying one night, all our clothes and belongings also stank like this. Staff were nice enough. Breakfast was limited, but very few people were staying so this is understandable.
