這家民宿目前在黑井古鎮是最好的一家，老宅基礎很好，有個半山平台茶室很美，房間乾淨整潔舒適，衞生間很大，乾濕分離，本來可以打滿分的，可惜扣了0.5分，是因為民宿衹請了一位當地的服務員，晚餐要回家吃飯，晚上回家住，晚上把我們夫妻兩個唯一的客人反鎖在老宅裏，第二天早上過來才開門做早餐給我們吃。這種管理實在是有些奇葩，原本很美的大宅院，因為晚上沒人，沒有安全感，整得放鬆不了，有些緊張，給這次旅行增添了不美好的一絲體驗。希望民宿主理人重視這個問題，想辦法補救解決。

在這家民宿裏體驗到了家的温馨，房間裝修很有品味，床品舒適，兩個人住，和老闆預訂了燒烤，收費合理 服務人員禮貌周到，真的非常滿意！
