When I first came to Lu'an, the weather was very cold. When I arrived at the front desk, the lady was very gentle. She immediately poured a cup of hot black tea for my friend and me. She very considerately put my friend and me in adjacent rooms without any distinction. It was very considerate. , the room environment is also very good

Nice counter staff. Helpful and polite. Location near to Wanda mall, less than 5min walk. Room is clean and tidy. Towels are those 1 time use rype, a bit soft and thin. Washing and dryer is available to use. Basically good for this rate.

Hotel is good and nice room is big but too bad the location is no good, I have to change another new hotel, this hotel is near halfway road and no shops and eating shop around but the hotel is nice just the location is bad

Nthe place was right in the Scenic area which was great if you like late strolls along the river. For the price i paid and the location, I don't have anything bad to say. However there was a bit of a leak in the bathroom I hope they fix soon. But wasn't too bad

I am happy with my stay because the hosts are very kind. They let me use their umbrella when it rained, they let me use their scale when I needed to weigh some food, and they had a washing machine that I could use. The hotel has a good location as well.
