2-Star Hotels in Hekou

Our room got upgraded, so it was quite spacious, which we were very happy about. The location is excellent, right outside you'll find a bar with a great view, and it's also very convenient with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Overall, we were satisfied!

I arrived at the room around 4 PM, and it was damp everywhere. The room was small, and the previous guest hadn't cleaned it up. They hadn't brought my toiletries; I told them to wait a bit while I was in the bathroom when I knocked, but they just barged in and pushed open the bathroom door. Luckily, I had already used them. It was a terrible experience; I'll definitely avoid this room next time.

The parking lot is large and you can wash your car for free. The Vietnamese workers are very dedicated and careful. The room is comfortable, the price is very good, and the boss is kind and lovely. It is worth recommending and can stay for a long time.

Great hotel in Hekau. Friendly staff to help with whatever you need and only minutes from the railway station. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay at. I'd give it 4.5 star rating.

The room, though small, was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. The hotel is right outside a snack street, and there's also a restaurant inside for groups traveling together, where you can enjoy a family-like atmosphere for just a tiny fee! The hotel environment is quiet, and I really liked the smart facilities, which are super convenient for lazy people like me when traveling. It's less than 500 meters from the port. It's a very clean little town. A really great travel experience.

The room is nice. The Wi-Fi is slow. Hot water is not available. The air conditioning is difficult to understand. The bathroom is spacious but not heated. The reception staff is very good at translation. The staff is friendly. There is an elevator. It's quiet and well-located. It's a shame that people smoke in public areas such as the elevator and hallways.

The five-star praise is for the boss. The service is enthusiastic. The child's phone and watch were forgotten and were left at the front desk for us. The hotel is very close to the port, but the room facilities are a bit older. I just went to check in, so I can stay here for a while.

I came on a business trip and found this nice hotel. It is located near Vietnam City, which is convenient for visiting Vietnam City. It is a little far from the city center and takes about 10 minutes by taxi. The room environment is good, the bathroom is spacious, and the price is very high. There are only one or two restaurants nearby, and it is almost impossible to find a place to have a midnight snack after 9pm. Everything else is ok, overall satisfied

The room and bathroom are quite large. The WiFi works well. The remote control does not seem to be the one intended for the television. There is a kettle and we are provided with bottles of water. There is also a water bottle in the hallway. My room was cleaned quickly because there were traces left at the exit of the bathroom. You have to be athletic because my room is on the 6th floor without an elevator. It is difficult to talk to the staff who only speak Chinese even with the translation tools. But for the price it is really very good.

Hotel was ok, but randomly someone opened our door with a key card while we were there. Asked reception and it had something to do with delivery, still very bad.. Also a new pack of condoms was in the room, think as standard, still not a nice sign really.... Room was ok for the price and close to the border and restaurants.
