PPaopeThis is a brand new hotel that has everything. You can easily walk to the food district, and there's a large convenience store right at the entrance of the alley. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas. If you don't mind that the towels are disposable and a bit thinner than usual, then it's a perfectly comfortable and excellent stay. It's also not far from Takashimaya.

I chose this hotel entirely because of its stunning autumn scenery! The room's balcony overlooks a mountain ablaze with red, yellow, and green hues. You can wake up to morning mist swirling around the colorful forest, and the sunset casting its glow through the trees at dusk is simply breathtaking.
The facilities are clean, the service is attentive, and they even proactively offered suggestions for the best spots to photograph the autumn colors. Comfortable to stay in and soothing to behold, this is the perfect choice for your autumn getaway!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is decent, not too far from the town center on foot. There aren't many restaurants around, but there's a ******* restaurant downstairs. The staff were very welcoming and proactively helped with luggage since there's no elevator. However, if you're checking out early in the morning, you'll have to carry your own bags down, which is a minor drawback. The room itself was pretty standard, with all the necessary amenities. Since it was winter, there weren't many tourists, and it wasn't noisy at night despite being on the street. I'm not sure if it gets loud during peak season. The exterior doesn't look like much, but the interior decor is quite modern. The bedding was relatively clean, though some of the sheets were torn – they should pay more attention to details. Overall, the value for money is still good, and I recommend staying here.

It's conveniently located near Dagu Glacier and the most beautiful ******* villages. The owner and front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service. It was a great stay overall.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

Parking was convenient, and downstairs there were restaurants with fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back again.

Right in front of the hotel, there are hair salons and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. Overall, it was an amazing stay with excellent facilities and a perfect location!”
