This hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. A perfect score! This is an excellent hotel. There are many guesthouses and hotels on this street, but this one is the newest, cleanest, and best quality. I personally compared them. The owner is a young woman, and young people value cleanliness. The hotels across the street are run by older people and are very run-down, dirty, and chaotic. When leaving, you can simply leave your card on the table; it feels very self-service, haha, very nice!
