I booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The room size was just right – clean, tidy, and didn't feel cramped. The soundproofing was excellent. It was super convenient for getting around by taxi and finding places to eat, offering fantastic value for money. The service was genuine and not overly formal, which made my stay very relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for future trips. I don't usually sleep well, but I asked the front desk for a quiet room, and I had an exceptionally comfortable night's sleep.

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room type, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy. I particularly want to commend the room service, which was prompt and attentive to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great! Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied. The front desk staff and other service personnel were very helpful. Because they were worried about frost on the car windows, the cleaning staff thoughtfully brought an old, worn sheet to put on the windows. Thank you so much!

Very sophisticated hotel. The elevator needs a little work, though. We met a very good friend (a housekeeping staff member). And the front desk are always willing to assist with anything you need. Also, the robot never gets tired of serving you with deliveries. I'll come here again

The facade of the hotel is not big, the room is large, clean, you can park downstairs, quietly tell you, the proprietress sent breakfast, the breakfast was good and full, and there were milk tea, coffee and other drinks. Recommended

Health is very good, the environment is average. I didn't expect any service for the service, but it was really awkward. The front desk also had a lottery business and kept playing lottery tickets. I had to wait for the guest to check in. The room has a charged drink, but the room rate of 150+ does not include drinking water. I asked the front desk sister to tell me that there is no charge. I have to go out to buy it myself. I have never stayed in a hotel that does not give bottled water for these years.
