The hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

Changsha is really fun! The hotel I chose this time was also very good. Changsha did not come in vain. I felt that everything was going smoothly. I was very satisfied with this trip. The hotel staff was very warm and thoughtful. I had to answer all questions. The room was really clean. The room supplies were very complete. New, sleep here will not sleep! The room was nice, very clean and smart, and the airport transfer was also very good. However, there was a family staying opposite our room that night. They checked in at around 11pm and it was not quiet at all. After all, there were many people in the hotel catching early flights. They indulged their two children who were noisy over there, and the whole family was shouting and yelling. However, this was a problem with their personal quality. The hotel is still very good 👍🏻

A huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

Room is ok it just too small but ok to take rest if your flight land late night or you have early morning flight.
