We drove to Arxan National Forest Park, and as Doubao suggested, we stayed one night in the scenic area and one night in the city. We chose this resort in Tianchi Town, and it was the right choice. It's located on the banks of the unfrozen river, and it has everything we need: accommodation, parking, and a restaurant. The breakfast was really good: flatbread, vegetarian buns, eggs, millet porridge, and soy milk, along with two kinds of side dishes. It was delicious. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the restaurant served delicious and hygienic stir-fried dishes, rice, and noodles, which solved our three meals a day problem.

Location: 5 minutes from Aershan Railway Station, right in the city center, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery at night standing by the window! Service: The front desk is super enthusiastic. The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was great. It was the only option affordable for backpackers. That’s great! The room was small with no window but it was alright. The only thing that can be a problem if you stay long term is that there is no access to a shower with this room. You only have access to a toilet. (Some people smoke in there so it smells really bad)
