"Came here every day for 2 weeks. Paid 15 euros for 2 sunbeds and a parasol you could also use the swimming pool if you wanted which we thought was good value as you had plenty of room to move your sunbed around, where other beach restaurants along the beach front were crammed In. We ate at the beach restaurant every day. The food was lovely and good value for money. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Will definitely recommend and be back."

"Just come home from a weeks stay here and from the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect, rooms are clean and the view is amazing. A special thank you to Yannis who not only made sure we were kept hydrated he truly has made it a holiday to remember. Mariana was also an absolute star always smiling and always goes above and beyond. We will be back next season and it’s safe to say will be booking here 100%. "Hello everyone, I spent a week with my family at the Nami Hotel in Stalis, Crete. When booking, it was a specific request that we preferably had adjoining rooms for our 2 children. I saw with my own eyes that this was indicated by the travel agency. Nevertheless, we were given the most distant rooms on the first night. The next day the manager denied that they knew about our request. Somewhat closer rooms were offered to us the next day. Only one of these was shown to us during the day, but the photo of the bathroom, which I enclose, tells you all you need to know why we did not accept it. On being told this, the manager took offence when we told him that this was not 4 star accommodation. He said he did not like dissatisfied guests, scolded the travel agency and suggested we find another hotel. On the 5th day we were told we could move next door to each other, but we didn't want the inconvenience of moving for the 2 days remaining. This is not a fair hotel by European standards. They don't even give you water with half board dinner. The cocktails are extremely watery, tasteless. The next apartment was separated from ours by a mirror with a door behind it. We were given a key at check-in, which if we took with us during the day the power went out in the room, so the fridge melted down every day. Therefore the room smelt and the floor was wet every day. We had the same soup for dinner every night for a week. In no way would I recommend to discerning guests."

"A wonderful holiday for me and my wife from start to finish. Our second time here, and we have booked again for late September! On arrival we were greeted by a lovely reception team, given all the relevant information in regards to our stay and a little bonus of nice fresh lemonade and cold towels. The food on offer as an all inclusive guest was very good and catered for all tastes. The bacon at breakfast was so good!! Yiannis the hotel manager truly leads from the front throughout, all his team they take such pride in their work and you feel really cared for as a hotel guest. Maria A in the restaurant is a truly wonderful human, her smile and attentiveness to her work is outstanding alongside the rest of the restaurant team who do a truly wonderful job in looking after guests dining in the hotel. We have so many superlatives to recognise so many staff, Dritan in the main bar worked tirelessly every evening, Waco as always was excellent with the enthusiasm and pool side fitness activities, Anastacia at the pool/snack bar was truly brilliant! Such a busy spot but she handled it with such a friendly and positive outcome each and every time, and lastly Despina & Artur at reception a friendly smile always. Even signed us up to Meliá rewards! We can not wait to come back in September, a few weeks and we are already counting down! A magical place, full of magical wonderful Cretan people! Thank you so much all at Blue Sea!"

"Nikos appartments are a fabulous family run place. I visited last year, they were all so welcoming, everyone we met had been visiting for years returning over and over due to the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful attentive service the family offer. We returned this year meeting some wonderful people who said they are looking forward to returning again next year as they had loved their time there. We upgraded to the lux appartments this year and they were fantastic! Every detail flawless & relaxing to enhance our stay. The family also offer a transfer service to and from the airport, fabulous seamless service that beats the crowds & has you from the airport to the bar within 30 mins with a warm welcome. I highly recommend Nikos & the family who make your stay worth coming back over and over each year."
