Holiday Inn Express & Suites SPRING - WOODLANDS AREA by IHG ★★★
"Hygienic: clean and tidy Service: Warm and thoughtful Environment: Quiet and elegant Facilities: very new and complete"
Red Roof Inn Houston - Spring North ★★
"good good good good"
Hilton Garden Inn North Houston/Spring ★★★
"The location is convenient, with a large parking lot that's easy for even large vehicles. It's right next to a highway, making it convenient to get to the airport or other places. The counter is advertised as 24-hour online, but when I arrived around midnight, there was no one there. I waited about 5 minutes before someone came out to help with check-in. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but you'll be asked to order drinks from the bartenders (you can't get hot drinks like coffee yourself), and then you'll be asked to sign a bill and tip (drinks are free, but the bartenders will very enthusiastically ask what you'd like to drink, creating a slight pressure to tip). I understand this is part of American tipping culture, but having to tip every day for breakfast feels a bit uncomfortable. It would be more comfortable to go to a breakfast buffet where you can pour your own drinks and coffee. Other than that, it's good."
Hotel Indigo SPRING – WOODLANDS AREA by IHG ★★★
Hampton Inn & Suites North Houston Spring ★★
"Clean room, delicious breakfast"
Clarion Pointe ★★★
"Great, clean, safe, and affordable option in Spring. I highly recommend this business and the friendly staff!"
Residence Inn Houston City Place ★★★
"I went to the residence inn Marriott in Houston I soon as I walked in the man in the front his name was Jorge super disrespectful, and unprofessional to me and my wife. I didn’t even feel safe to spend the night in the hotel I payed for .I would steer clear from this Marriott if I could I would leave 0 stars Jorge needs to be retrained or let go bc what happened to me and my family yesterday was very scary I had to pay for another Uber to go to another Marriott so don’t waste your time and money here like I did"
Comfort Suites Old Town Spring ★★
"The floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning. Refrigerator didn’t work moved to a new room the air conditioner leaked water on the floor and that room as well. Management only wanted to give me 10% off the original price I like that value me as a customer and they made a lot of excuses, for the reason why the hotel was having issues they say all the builders been here for 10 years so that’s why we have all these issues to me personally I feel like management because no matter how long you had an establishment you should have the proper people in place in order for your establishment to unsuccessfully"
La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Houston Spring South ★★
"No towels, shampoo or soap in the room. No hair dryer. The phone in the room didn't work. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk to get an extra towel. I told the front desk person about the phone. She never did anything about it. The breakfast was greasy. I was giving La Quinta a chance. Never again!"
